There is a lady named Monica, who I understood is the manager, although I would not have guessed this based on the way she treats guests. Her attitude is extremely unpleasant, with no smile or basic warmth, which is particularly inappropriate in a region where tourism is such an important part of the business.

We asked to have our costume ironed, but when we tried to use the iron in the designated room, we discovered that the electrical outlet was not working — in fact, none of the outlets in the room were working. The cleaning lady kindly told us to take the iron to our room, especially given that I had an urgent meeting and very limited time.

However, Monica then called us in the room, yelling at us and demanding that we bring the iron downstairs because it was a “danger”. According to her, the only option was to wait an hour for an electrician to come and fix the outlet. The way she handled the situation was completely unacceptable and unnecessarily aggressive.

On top of that, she does not seem to understand English properly and repeatedly gives answers without actually understanding what the guest is asking. This makes communication extremely frustrating and leads to completely unnecessary situations.

ALL THE OTHER STAFF WERE REALLY NICE, KIND AND HELPFUL, except for her. Unfortunately, one person with such an attitude can seriously affect the entire guest experience. Her behaviour was simply disgusting and completely inappropriate for someone dealing directly with tourists and guests.

Pros:

Hôtel très sympa avec sa piscine et les chambres climatisées. Un vrai plus avec un bus qui vous emmène à la gare de Mestre en direction de Venise. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est suffisant en variété ! Personnel accueillant et professionnel !
