el trato y la ubicación, el personal muy amable
cada que salía se desprogramaba la llave y la señal de la tv no servia despues del apoyo de 3 elementos de mantenimiento pudieron solucionarlo,
La atención de el personal
Un poco la limpieza
Todo, ubicación, estacionamiento con valet parking, maletero , comida del restaurante deliciosa , el salmón al limón y la arrachera. También el pastel de zanahoria 🥕. El desayuno buffet a buen precio y bien hecho .
Únicamente que en el buffet faltó agua natural, había que solicitarla al mesero.
Céntrico, limpio y cómodo
La comida. La fruta del buffet estaba toda despedazada, majada y algunas opciones eran incomibles porque ni estaban maduras. Los waffles y pancakes estaban super tiesos y la única tostadora no funcionaba.
No me gustó que entraron a la habitación en la mañana mientras desayunábamos y se llevaron los paños y no nos pusieron nuevos.
La localización, el desayuno gratis, y la facilidad del alojamiento.
La rampa del estacionamiento esta muy empinada, pero ofrecer servicio de valet asi qué lo compensa.

Que me dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado descompuesto aún sabiendo que estaba descompuesto!
Al final me cambiaron de habitación!

The location is great, the personnel was very helpful and kind.
The coffee served at the breakfast (open buffet) was very dilute, it didn!t have good taste.
We stayed in room no. 532. The bathroom florr (especially in the shower) needed repairment/more cleaning. It looked old/dirty.
My parents stayed in room no. 530, which was indeed close to our room. But my sister and her family were given room no. 355, which was basically at the end of the corridor 2 floors below ours.
Also the rooms 530 and 532 didn't have any view. On the contrary, the windows were opening to the ventialation space, therefore they were noisy.
Clean and very convenient. Right on the plaza. The view was incredible.
There was a karaoke bar near or at the hotel. It played very loud music until 3:00am. I’m not actually sure where it was, but it was close enough to feel the vibration from the music. Noise doesn’t usually bother me, but this was so bad.

El desayuno buffete es muy bueno, buen precio y estamuy rica toda la comida. La atencion en el restaurante es muy buena tambien.
