Great hotel but no lift
Pros:

Hotel was lovely

Cons:

No lift was a major issue
My parents are 85 and 86 and I have a bad hip and we had to trek up 2 flights of stairs with luggage and whenever we went upstairs

Clean, spacious room, nice facilities, but SO HOT.
Pros:

The sports facilities, catering and shared areas were nice. Everywhere was clean and the room was spacious.

Cons:

Our room was SOOOOOOO HOT. We had a fan, but it really wasn't effective at all! We barely slept.
