Lovely place, great room and incredible shower.
Prices of drinks are unbelievableeeeeeely high. And they water down the spirits 😂 my wife had 18 vodka drinks and was barely tipsy. Usually takes her about 4 to be boxed.
Receptionist was extremely friendly on arrival (late in the evening) and lovely with the children
The choice of picking a toy really made it for the kids, wish more hotels did this!
Rooms were a really good size and so was the bed
It was also a lovely touch that they left some treats and dog bowls with a bed for the dog
Overall I was really impressed
There was an egg smell coming from the bathroom
I liked that it had air conditioning and additional activities available on site. The breakfast in the morning was also good
It was extremely hot, so i specifically booked for the air con and poo for rest bitel with my daughter. However, on arrival the air con wasn't on and room was very uncomfortable, taking a long time to cool down. Additionally, on arrival i was told kids were not allowed to use the pool in evening or morning vefore school - these limitations were not clearly signposted when booking, otherwise i would have chosen a different option.

Staff were very friendly and polite. We did need to move rooms but that was no problem.
The pool water was murky, couldn't see underwater with goggles on so im thinking it was the chemicals were off. Hot tub was out of order on our second day.

Beds are not bad just hard to sleep comfortably on a single, not the hotels fault. Got 50% off the Iron Pit activities.

Booking in was excellent very polite lady didn't catch her name but see worked in the morning spoke to us every day breakfast staff very efficient al nice and clean fresh food excellent around rooms nice and clean just wish there would be a small bottle of water in the room but
Parking not enough spaces to park the car no bottles of water in the rooms very strong smell in the bathroom of sewage .
room was good, big and spacious.
Breakfast, I think it needs to be improved. Few options available and when it came to sausages, eggs and bacon, all dry.
