Cons:

I would have liked to have had a fridge in the room. Our room was 102 which is a disabled room and perfect however for those who are diabetic need a fridge for the insulin.

We didn’t use but the phone in the room was dirty. Also nobody serviced the room on our third day.

Pros:

The staff were out of this world. Polite, very helpful and welcoming to us. They went well beyond the extra mile for us. They even treated our old Staffie Max like a little prince. I think he would like to have stayed there instead of coming home lol. I think that the staff members who dealt with us, Eileen, Mel, Elliot and Lauren are a credit to the company and whatever they are paid...it aint enough. Our heartfelt thanks to them all.

I really enjoy staying here. Its comfortable and i enjoy the atmosphere
