Nice spacious room with good comfortable beds

Cons:

Not enough amenities as there should be for 4 star hotel. Specially in toilets no disposable tooth brush and tooth paste. No slippers no bath gowns. No glasses in the room quite few little things missing for 4 star standard

I thank the lady who helped me during my check-in at the hotel

Cons:

I am very upset with the hotel because I booked and paid for a premium king-size room in the new section, but I found my room in the old section. After insisting that it wasn't my room, they gave me a deluxe room in the new section, which is smaller and cheaper than the room I booked, and it's also connected. When I persisted, they told me this was the only solution and offered me free breakfast, even though I didn't need or ask for it. I only asked for the room I booked and paid for. Honestly, hotel management, do you consider what happened to me fair? Is this how you treat someone who booked their room in advance and paid the full amount? I feel disappointed and like I was robbed and treated dishonestly.
