Fabulous stay, can't wait to return.
Pros:

Great location for a one night stay (with dog) on way to visit family.
We were upgraded to a room in the Manor House which was a real treat.
Beautiful hotel and grounds.
Dog not allowed in reastaurant, which we happily agree with, so we had a meal in the bar and also had a fabulous breakfast there in the morning.

Cons:

A longer stay would have been better.
Nothing to dislike about our experience.
The bar seems to get busy with groups of golf players but this didn't put us off.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Everything was perfect for our one night stay at Hilton Puckrup. From free parking to check in and the lovely friendly staff all round. The pool was clean and lovely to have the beds and chairs to rest on. Our room was cosy and comfortable with a big bathroom which was great! The grounds around the property are beautiful and it was just what we needed for peace and a relaxing stay. Thought was put in to put us in a quieter room as this is a family hotel. Would definitely recommend and come again - next time with our dog! Thank you all very much!!

There wasn’t much to we didn’t like!

Wonderful getaway

Golf course great hotel average although staff were lovely.
Pros:

Our stay was to use the golf facilities which were 9great. The breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The food, apart from breakfast was terrible. We used the restaurant on our first night and we had to send one meal back the desserts were not great either. Our lunch order of soup was awful after a wait of 45 minutes we were served warm soup we left to eat somewhere else. After we complained they were very apologetic, but the few days away were to celebrate our wedding anniversaries as we were travelling with friends. Suggestion to tell guests about the pound needed for the lockers in the swimming pool or give free tokens as not many people carry cash these days.

חייבו אותנו חיובי נוסף על ארוחה שלא אכלנו. ניצלו לרגע את העובדה כי מסרנו בכניסה כרטיס לביטחון, ללא ידיעתנו ואו הסכמתנו חוייב, בקבלה של המלון לא נימצא מייל להשיב אלה רק מיספר טלפון מקומי ואו אמריקאי מה שמקשה עלינו לתקשר איתם לבקשת הזיכוי המגיע לנו עס 69 פאונד.

We stayed over on our way to Cornwall. The hotel downstairs & grounds are really nice the rooms are a little dated

Nice hotel with lots of facilities but fantastic staff and dog friendly.
Pros:

Staff were all excellent and breakfast was as good as it gets. We took our dog so ate in the bar and on the outside terrance, which was great.

Cons:

Not many places to walk the dog as the golf course took up most of the outside space. There was a small dog area but we like a good walk. No ground floor rooms which we thought could be an issue in the night, but our dog was fine going down the lift and outside.

An attractive hotel and some good design ideas, but the upkeep and service is not managed.
Pros:

I didn't play golf, but the golf course looked fantastic, parking is good, and the ambience of the reception is good. In fairness it was cheap to stay, but maybe I should have read more into that!

Cons:

Room grubby and smelt stale, windows peeling and rotting, gents changing rooms dirty (used clumps of tissue here and there), general feeling of no one cares enough to clean things.
