נהננו מאוד ונמליץ לאחרים

הצוות היה נפלא. כל הזמן דאגו ושאלו אם הכל בסדר. הביאו מגבות פעמיים ביום בלי שביקשנו. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר היה מגוון מאוד וטעיםםם. גם שם היה צוות נפלא. המלון יפיפה. כמו ארמון אמיתי . מיקום המלון מעולהה והנוף נפלא.

המקום היה מלאאא אורחים. בבריכה היה קשה למצוא מקום.

לאורחי המלון אין חניה בפנים,מאוד מאוד קשה למצוא חניה בקרבת המלון אפילו בכחול לבן. חנינו רבע שעה הליכה מהמלון בחניה שהיא בתשלום.
ריהוט החדרים דורש החלפה,מרגיש שאתה נמצא במקום שלא הוחלפו בו דברים 30 שנה.

אני ברך כלל לא משאיר תגובות ארוכות ומפורטות. רק ציון וכמה משפטים. אבל הפעם הייתי חייב. לא היית לי חופשה כזאת מעולה בארץ ובעולם ( חוץ ממלון Club Med במלדיביים) ואני מבלה הרבה בבתי מלון.
יצאנו לנופש שנתי משפחתי עם ילדים בוגרים ובנות זוגם. סה"כ 3 חדרים.
זו פעם שלישית שאני מתארח במלון הזה.
הפתעות התחילו ממש בהתחלה כשהגענו בשעה 13:00למלון והייתה חניה במלון ולא הייתי צריך לחפש בסביבה ( גם עוד 2 רכבים של הילדים חנו במלון וגם יצאו ונכנסו שוב כמה פעמים במהלך השהות במלון).
אחר כך הפתעה בדלפק הקבלה כשחדרים היו מוכנים. הפתעה שלישית כשקיבלתי טלפון מאיילת, נציגת שירות לקוחות של המלון שדעגה לנו לחלוקים ונעליים לחדרים וקיבלנו עזיבה מאוחרת מהרגיל במוצ"ש. הפתעות נמשכו כשביקשתי מאיילת שובר לארוחת צהריים בבר של הבריכה לאחת מהחדרים כי ילד אחד עם אישתו היה אמור להגיע למלון לאחר סגירת חדר אוכל .קיבלתי את השוברים למרות שבדלפק קבלה הסבירו לי שבגלל שסגרתי חופשה דרך בוקינג ולא ישירות במלון אז לא מגיע שובר.
השהות היה מעולה. גם בבריכה: היו מיטות שיזוף וכיסאות בשפע ולא היה חוסר מגבות אף פעם. צוות הבריכה היה כל הזמן בשטח לסדר מיטות ושמשיות ולנקות ליכלוך. ארוחות בבר של הבריכה היו טעימות ,ענקיות ולא יקרות . לדוגמה שניצלונים עם ציפס ופחית שתיה ב70 ₪ , סלט ישראיל 35 ₪ ,כוס בירה חצי ליטר של הייניקן 30 ₪...
גם ארוחות בחדר אוכל היו מצוינות. הכל מהכול. כל אחד יכול למצוא אוכל לטעמו.
בבמיחד רציתי לציין עובדי חדר אוכל. פעם אחת ראיתי שילד הפיל צלחת עם האוכל והיא נשברה. תוך שניה הגיע עובד, גידר את האזור, לא נתן לילד לגעת בשיברי צלחת, הזמין עובד נקין שהגיע תוך 20 שניות וניקה הכל. כל האירוע יסתיים בדקה.
בקיצור ממליץ בחום.
בסיכום: מלון , אוכל , בריכה הכל מעולה אבל ההפתעה הגדולה - צוות של בית מלון. תמיד עם חיוך ותמיד מוכנים לעזור.
ואיילת מהשירות הלקוחות-היא דובדבן שבקצפת של כל צוות המלון.
