Not a very good experience
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

We had no AC in our room which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was extremely hot and we arrived at 5pm and our rooms were not clean. We had to wait an additional hour.

Came to Charlotte for a concert at the Bank of America stadium and the hotel was GREAT!
Pros:

I loved the king room with the king bed. The room was on a non-smoking floor which was great since my husband has asthma. Even being right across from the elevator the room was quiet. Glad that the elevator only worked with the room key. The hotel was right off of the interstate but was located on a shaded street so it seemed more private.

Overall was a great place to stay for our 39 th anniversary!!
Pros:

Great clean, and the staff was excellent!!

Cons:

Would love to have a hot tub!! Need more staff to serve breakfast. The young gentleman done a great job, but he definitely needed some help!!
