Disorganized Choas for Room Block
Pros:

We booked a room block the first weekend in August. From the start it was choas, I was told there were only 2 rooms booked in the block and other guests were told it was full or non existent. I called to add more rooms and the power was out??? Generators ??? and could not expand our room block. Oh and the best was I left 4 messages for the owner and never once got a call back on 27 rooms that we had booked with them. They even kept forgetting to had out our guest bags. The bottom of our door had a sharp edge so when my husband stopped it with his foot it cut him. Trash bags were in the hallway for over 24hrs. Pool was broken and no notice to our block that had been booked since March was given. Oh and icing on the cake was that my card had two holds placed on it for each of our two rooms, so in total 4 holds so I was super nervous that all of them would not fall off my card. Do not book with this hotel

Will be back here again
Pros:

The staff was do nice and professional and they made everything painless to set up and organize! Thank you so much Mary and the manager! Food was great and everything was clean

Cons:

All was perfect but pool was not operational but I knew that a head of time

Pros:

I liked the distance from the ball field to hotel. I really enjoyed the layout of the room and spacious bathroom.

Cons:

I didn't like the tone of voice a staff member had when she spoke to me and another staff member. Or the simple fact she questioned if she really needed to come down and help the employee when the said employee called her for help.

I regret booking this hotel
Pros:

We were on the first floor.

Cons:

Staff was not friendly. Pool was closed which was the reason for booking that hotel. No ice available. I want a refund

The stay was ok. The lobby restrooms could have been clean. The property did not seem safe or secure with the open side

I liked the location. It was quiet & close to a lot of places.

Cons:

One of the side entry doors had a missing handle & therefore it did not close. The door remained wide open the entire time myself & my partner stayed from Thursday to Sunday. It felt very unsafe as anyone without a room would be able to just walk in & not even have to come past the front desk. They could just go straight to the elevator & go wherever needed & that should not be the case. There was also no security in sight. I also visited the lobby restroom & the toilet was overflowing with tissue. I went into the men’s restroom because I really needed to go & it smelled horrid. I also should mention that the swimming pool was shut down my entire stay as well & that put a damper in my plans.

The whole reason we picked this hotel was bc it has a pool and hot tub and neither were working. The hotel didn’t let us

It was going to be the pool and hot tub so nothing this time. A little head up would have been nice. No reason to book here ever again after this,

Cons:

Pool and hot tub wasn’t working and we didn’t know until we got there which was the whole reason we booked this hotel.

It was .ostly good.
Pros:

Breakfast good. Alex was very friendly & accommodating.

Cons:

Pool out of order. Hairblower was missing. Could hear footsteps above us in the late evenings

Pros:

Nice and friendly staff

Cons:

The room was cold and was very noisy with construction. Elevators had exposed wires and was unsafe. A warning of construction would have been nice. What i paid was way too much for all that mess and loudness .
