Great location and clean space !
Great location
Noise from Beale street
Location is perfect, facility was nice, room comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful
The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the strong pet odor. As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was a noticeable smell of pet urine. The first room we were assigned had a very strong ammonia-like odor, and the room itself was extremely small. We requested another room, but it had the same issue.
While I appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly, the carpeting throughout the property appears to retain odors. In my opinion, the hotel would benefit from removing the carpet and replacing it with tile or other hard-surface flooring that can be cleaned more effectively. The strong ammonia smell was unpleasant and could be a concern for guests with allergies, asthma, or other health issues.
The breakfast was basic and nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the location and customer service were the highlights of our stay, but the persistent pet odor throughout the hotel would make me hesitate to stay there again.
Best room we stayed in on our 3 week road trip. Roomy and comfortable, they thought of every need and made it available.
Need a little more space between the refrigerator door and end of bed. Lighting in one area of the room could use some help, it was really dark in one section only.
Clean, great breakfast, right next to Beale St.
It was so loud at night and we couldn't sleep. There were loud cars and motorcycles on the street outside until 2am. If you are traveling with kids do not stay here.
Location was convenient for where we were going, which was the Orpheum theater.
The pool area was awful poor drainage. The floor was flooded. The pool was green and it smelled musty. Our kids had goggles and said they couldn’t even see under the water.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was very loud outside at night. There were earplugs next to the bed that suggested we may need them. Didn't realize exactly what that meant until I tried to put our grandson to sleep. But we were warned.
The rooms were very clean and the staff were great. The breakfast options were excellent. The location to Beale Street and the sports arena/ball park was perfect-close but not on. The free lemonade gets two thumbs up. If I were to return to Memphis or give travel advise I would strongly suggest staying at this hotel. I had the king suite. Perfect for my family.
I wish there had been an outdoor pool
The bed was amazing. The shower temp on point and the staff very attentive.
I clean for a Living so the balcony doors and frame could have been cleaner. Other than that everything was great.
Clean and comfortable. Great choice with being in town for a show at the Orpheum.
