I really enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn. Check-in was quick and easy, and Gio, the Front Desk Supervisor, was extremely helpful. He provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and local attractions, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Great for families!
Pros:

We decides to stay here prior to departing on a cruise and the hotel staff have been great to us. Very attentive and responsive to our requests. Everything has been very very good, rooms are clean, breakfast is great! Hampton Inn is pretty consistent throughout their properties.

Good welcoming stay just check the AC make sure it’s working good

The property was well kept up.

Cons:

Loved everting about the property. The room was hot thou. I tried to turn the AC unit down to get cold but it didn’t move. So I just tried to sleep in the heat not a good feeling

Loved your breakfast, person who checked us in was very friendly.

Cons:

The one hour wait for your shuttle. If it ran every half an hour you would have happy customers. We missed the shuttle NY 30 seconds. When your flying alot you just want to get to your hotel.

Best of the Best
Pros:

This Hampton Inn beats any Hampton I’ve ever stayed at due to the amazing friendly staff and the design and decor. Only pictures can do it justice. I can only say Blue Lagoon is a fitting name for this out of the ordinary Hampton Inn.

Great Food Service Personnel
