It was beautiful and the bus shuttle form the airport to hotel was very convenient.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful! Fernando went above and beyond to pick us up early from the airport.

Cons:

There needs to be signs that are enforced about kids wearing swim diapers and no eating by the pool or hit tub. A toddler threw up but the hot tub! The phones do not work at the pool deck. We had to text a staff member.

Best deal considering location, free shuttle to the airport, comfy room.
Pros:

Location was great, you can cross the street and there are Dominos, Burger King. etc.
As soon as I get into the room, the TV showed my name and 2 bottles of complimentary water were there.
There was a free shuttle every hour to the airport.
Continental breakfast had a variety that also surprised me.
Wi-fi was also very good and check out time was perfect (12pm) for my flight.

Cons:

I liked everything about this place.

The shuttle was super convenient and helped so much as we had to travel to the hospital. Also the ride from the hotes to the airport was great as well as it was so convenient.

This hotel does not disappoints...
Pros:

My mind is at peace when I book and stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, quiet hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I am very impressed by the on-time hourly airport shuttle complimentary shuttle along with their late check-out policy. Just ask!

The location is convenient, walking distance from multiple food options and if you want to add a bit of shopping there is that too. ATMs, supermarket and gas station is also close by.

When I stay at Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon South I believe I am getting value and the atmosphere helps me to work and feel safe knowing that the staff is responsive.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and every staff member we encountered throughout our stay was friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Pros:

I was staying in this hotel since we were celebrating my mom’s birthday on a cruise and we needed a hotel to stay at the night before. The service at this hotel was excellent especially with Dominicas help. She made my stay in this hotel 10x better.

Clean and good value
Pros:

I stay the night in Miami to catch a connecting flight and this was by far on the best best places to stay for your money. Room was super clean, everything worked, nothing that needed repair. No cockroaches in the middle of the night. The other brand named hotels in the same area are not so good. We will be staying here from now on when we are passing thru.
