Tried to keep my deposit

They attempted to keep the deposit for the room because the sheets needed to be changed after the stay. No damage just sheets that needed to be cleaned.

Tuve problemas con mi reservación hecha en booking, según la persona de recepción no había reservación, por mas q le enseñe el número de reservación el correo la aplicación de booking, no acepto q había una reservación y me tuvo q hacer una nueva y me cobró un monto mayor al de booking, además de tenerme más de una hora ahí viendo como resolvía yo mi problema

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Water was seeping through the floors i was on 1st floor and when I got inthe bed closer to them windows stepping on the flooring Water came through the tiles.

The clean cleanliness was awesome

Cons:

Okay first of all if you are going to let so-called service dogs in your facility I feel like all dogs should be welcome and all the doors had locks on them except for the front entrance and the back entrance I don't think that's safe at all but my overall stay was awesome
