Parking SCAMMMMM!!!!BEWARE

Hotel itself was nice.

Cons:

We were scammed by the parking garage Hamilton Suites uses that is attached to the hotel. The employees parked our car in another garage (that we did not know about)we paid for parking at the hotel so we paid for parking at the hotel. Two weeks after being home we received a $75 parking garage ticket for not paying for the garage there was pictures of our car and tag pulling in and out in at 7:10 am and out at 9:08 am same morning so the employees was out driving our car for some reason. Cameras prove we were inside the hotel during this time having breakfast and waiting to leave out for our cruise. Hotel refuses to handle the situation when it's their parking attendant. So beware dont get scammed by this hotel and their employees WE PAID $49.50 For our one night of parking at the hotel garage the sad part is we tipped the driver for parking and bringing us our car. Beware beware beware

It is great
Pros:

The room was great. It is spacious, with a king size bed and a pull out couch. not too much lighting in the room though. The bed is lovely. I love that there's microwave, and fridge in there. I also like that there are quite a few cabinet spots and sitting spots around the room. Sound doesn't travel much at all (or I did not hear it) - I was next to the elevator, no sound of it at all.

Cons:

The bathtub is a little worn out, doesn't seem like it is built to catch hair properly (I would love to be able to get rid of the excess hair without having to pry the hair out of the tub). I know I asked this last min that I would like a room furrther from elevator, if the hotel could not provide it it's all cool. The front desk told me yes it is away from the elevator only for me to find out it is the closest! (lol) Joke's on me, but regardless, it is fine. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very subpar (not very great imo)

Pros:

The staff was nice the rooms clean they free breakfast delicious perfect location and affordable

Cons:

Charging deposit and I didn't get a refund due to the valet parking. I feel the parking should be free for hotel guests and the hold fee should be refunded in full

Excellent stay, wonderful for anyone traveling with their pup.
Pros:

This location has everything anyone could need for a nice little trip in New Orleans. Short walk/taxi ride to everything important and fun, plus right across from a park if you take your beloved pooch. Staff were kind and accommodating, the room was comfy and spacious with excellent tv and streaming options, and the complimentary real fast was exceptional. The pool looked lovely as well, but we didn’t have the time or energy for a swim!

Cons:

The only drawback is parking. While there are plenty of cheaper pay-to-park options on the street of the hotel(great for anyone just staying one night like I did) this isn’t ideal. Valet is an additional 50 dollars, and I really do believe that should be something included especially for a busy/crowded location like this. Who wants to walk half a mile from a public garage to get to their hotel with their luggage?
