Same staff we’ve had before and they are very cordial. Always accommodating for us. Breakfast is great and continuously stocked even with big crowds. Room was very clean. Hallways were clean and quiet.
Secure door latch was hanging by the screws and was useless for its intended purpose. Simple maintenance repair. It was baseball tournament weekend so we felt pool was occupied by players and not usable by others. Not that they were bad. It made it impossible to get in the pool with an entire team in it and the hot tub. Maybe designate the last hour for adults only.
Admittedly, I approach hotel reviews a little differently given my background working property maintenance. There are two things that from a maintenance standpoint would have been flagged by me as needing repair prior to allowing the room to be inhabited. First (see pic) the smoke detector was hanging out of the wall wrapped in a plastic bag. I don’t know what the story is here, but suffice it to say, it needs dealt with. Secondly, the toilet was not secured to the floor. When you sat on it you went for a little ride! That will ultimately lead to, at a minimum, sewer gas leaking out and at a worst case scenario actual sewage seepage around the toilet. Given it’s a 3rd floor room- gravity is your enemy with a leak!
Now, enough with the picky maintenance man stuff. The front desk folks were nice and helpful, the morning breakfast spread was plentiful and the king bed was a nice feature. I think with a stepping up of the maintenance man game, this could be a 5-star joint.
I like oranges rather than bananas for the vitamin c and fiber but they had none. The buffet was good. I like some onions garlic bell pepper with my eggs but none was offered. All the request are inexpensive and healthy for you. The cookies in the evening are amazing.
It s NA
I showed up after a wedding to check into my room but they had accidentally canceled my reservation and overbooked my room. We were then given a new room but someone was actively sleeping and staying in the room. We then called hotels with the front desk and no where had any rooms. Eventually we found a place and were assured they would cover any costs for the new hotel. After finally arriving at the new hotel at 2 am now and going to bed I wake up to a text saying they will not be paying for any hotel and apologizing for there mistake but giving no actual help after all that happened.
Breakfast was great there

Location and friendly staff
Worn out beds. The bed was lumpy. Furniture tired and old and outdated. Did not feel up to the Hilton standard

Close to where I needed to be for a meeting. Friendly staff.
Management was courteous and efficient . Breakfasts were excellent
No concerns
Our bathroom was dirty. In three different places there was someone else’s hair stuck to the bath/shower walls. Two of the hairs being pubic hair. There was visible dirt or something that resembled that. Our room smelled of a heavy air freshener solution but it wasn’t very inviting. The pool and hot tub were non operating. Being from out of town the photos, reviews and location of the hotel felt mid leading too.
The Staff was very friendly and super helpful. If we had a problem they did everything they could to solve it. They made our stay very comfortable.
There were not enough rooms with queen bed options for handicapped accessible showers.
