Comfort Inn & Suites Toledo North

The exterior is a little run down and the breakfast was underwhelming, but the dining area is large and comfortable.

Soba je bila neocišćena, prljava, duge kose je bilo po podu. Tepisi u hodniku prljavi, čudan miris u hodnicima, čistoća -1

The place was dirty. Table in room was sticky. There was a thick layer of dust on everything including the coffee maker (so I couldn't use it)
The room cards did not open the side doors. There were several hairs in the shower (I also didn't use this) I found a bug on my bed (though it was not a bedbug). Would not recommend.

The bathroom was so dirty. There was visible hair and dirt on the floor.
There were no towels and needed to call for toilet paper. No coffee. Rag left on the counter. It was like someone left in the middle of cleaning.
The woman at the front desk must work/ sleep there. It took 4 minutes for her to come to the desk. It took another 12 minutes for us to check in even though I had a reservation. It was so weird.
The pool was either so dirty or full of chemicals/ maybe both. You couldn't see bodies in the water.
The elevator was filthy
Everything was dirty. I cannot fathom how it received 3.5 stars

Floors not vacuumed. The top lock was missing to stop the door from opening all the way if someone used the key card. Same toilet paper roll from the previous guests. No coffee cups for the coffee machine. The bath tub filled up to our shins while trying to shower.

The room had dirty towel, a dirty sink and bathtub was dirty. They need leason in how to clean.

The property was understaffed. The rooms were completely dirty. The main entrance bathroom was full of feces and flies. We specifically asked if the pool was working when we got there it was off and completely shut down. We asked when it would be running because we came with a baseball team in our room. The toilet was leaking the whole time we got two towels for each room. We had a group of 10 room rooms. It was just completely chaos there.

The pool was not a welcoming place, so we did not use it even though we booked this hotel because it had a pool and we wanted to swim.

Breakfast was awful. Nothing there at 7:45am. No coffee, no eggs. Everything was empty. Made a waffle that burnt one side and the other side was almost raw. The room had 2 towels for my husband and I to shower. No towel for my hair.

24 hours before, they sent a positive confirmation message that they were ready for our stay. Upon arrival, there was a line of people at the front desk being told that the Boiler was broken, and they wouldn't be accepting any guests for the evening. The front desk worker was polite but barely seemed to know how to cancel the reservations and couldn't confirm that we wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee. Me and my partner had to scramble to find another hotel in the area that accepted pets after an 8 hour drive that morning. My partner also had to take a work meeting in the car while we found a new place.
Any sort of heads up would have saved us a lot of trouble.

Arrived and our room had the door open and had yet to be cleaned, when given an alternate room the bed had hair all over it and smelt like smoke.

The pool had to much chlorine

Place was nasty. Room was dirty, sheets were stained, air conditioner smelled like somone blew cigarettes in it, open shampoo and mouthwash in bathroom, no coffee or cup in room but there was a coffee pot, water was extremely hott, or extremely cold. Water would not go down so I was standing in 6inches of water. 2 rooms same results.

Staff was not very helpful or friendly
