It was the worst stat I’ve ever had anywhere ! I would not recommend.
Pros:

Nothing. I was met with immediate attitude. All the amenities were dirty. My sister slipped and fell and there was no wet floor sign. They made us walk to our room with no towels. And to top it off there were rodents. A man brought the mouse in the cup to the front during breakfast. I have video and pictures of all of this.

Cons:

-Staff was extremely rude and racist
-the ice machine was horrible & the hotel had rodents
-they made us walk to our rooms with no towels with my children !
-my sister slipped and fell it was no wet floor sign

Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Coffee maker was a great plus for the room. Made it the last 30in for breakfast but was able to enjoy some food. Overall stay was nice, efficient for a wknd getaway..

Cons:

Fire alarm went off around 4am for some reason. (Probably beyond their control) Toiletries needed to be refilled. (Minor inconvenience) But worth noting to cleaning staff.

Pros:

Great location. The lobby was nice and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

We didn't have enough towels and it was like pulling teeth to get some. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped. There was gum stuck to the floor and it was filthy. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were only half full and all of the linens were extremely wrinkled. Several lamps didn't work and the remote didn't have a back on it. The tv channels were limited. Lots of noise in the hallway. My expectations were not met especially for what we paid for our stay.

I never had a problem staying here in the past . Always nice and convenient.Staff were always nice.

Cons:

But this stay was not right. When I checked in I was never told it was a problem with the water . So we only had 1 face towel and 1 big towel. I went and stand at the front desk for about 10 minutes and no one came to the desk as I watched 2 ladies in the back laundry room keep looking at me . Then is tall guy comes behind the desk changing his shoes say What Do you need. I asked for towels to be sent to my room and gave him the address. 3 hours later no towels. At checkout I told the young man about the towels and he Stated I Told U Thursday Water Was Messed Up . I told him 1st off I never spoke . 2nd I was not here on Thursday. I thanked him for my receipt and left . What’s the point of arguing. I just know customer service is at an all time low. Companies want our hard earned money but are not putting anything into training the workers how to be professional. It’s was a very sad situation.

Cons:

The hotel is run down, dirty, front desk not staffed well, lots of wait times because you are waiting for someone to return to the desk. Our room was ok, bathroom was dirty, sink was wet and countertop wet with an old open bar of soap lying in a slimy mess, the travel sized bottles of shampoo, soap, conditioner etc., were open and half empty. The shower was dirty, had hair from previous person in it. 1 towel, 1 washcloth. No cups or liner for ice bucket, had to go ask for all the above and tell them that the bathroom was dirty. No response or offer of discount etc.,

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet lacked a whole bolt. But good otherwise.

Cons:

The hotel was very disappointing. The room and hotel was dirty with bad smell. The staff showed no interest in communicating with with guests and were neither friendly nor helpful. There also was not hot water in the shower, only cold water. There was no swimming pool as promised. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, bad smell and complete indifference from the staff made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.
