Leider wurde uns das genannte Depot belastet, obwohl kein Schaden verursacht wurde und uns auch keiner genannt wurde. Unsere Anfragen zur Rückerstattung werden nicht beantwortet.

The hotel is run down, dirty, front desk not staffed well, lots of wait times because you are waiting for someone to return to the desk. Our room was ok, bathroom was dirty, sink was wet and countertop wet with an old open bar of soap lying in a slimy mess, the travel sized bottles of shampoo, soap, conditioner etc., were open and half empty. The shower was dirty, had hair from previous person in it. 1 towel, 1 washcloth. No cups or liner for ice bucket, had to go ask for all the above and tell them that the bathroom was dirty. No response or offer of discount etc.,

Bagels were stale

The hotel was very disappointing. The room and hotel was dirty with bad smell. The staff showed no interest in communicating with with guests and were neither friendly nor helpful. There also was not hot water in the shower, only cold water. There was no swimming pool as promised. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, bad smell and complete indifference from the staff made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

The exterior is a little run down and the breakfast was underwhelming, but the dining area is large and comfortable.

The place was dirty. Table in room was sticky. There was a thick layer of dust on everything including the coffee maker (so I couldn't use it)
The room cards did not open the side doors. There were several hairs in the shower (I also didn't use this) I found a bug on my bed (though it was not a bedbug). Would not recommend.

The bathroom was so dirty. There was visible hair and dirt on the floor.
There were no towels and needed to call for toilet paper. No coffee. Rag left on the counter. It was like someone left in the middle of cleaning.
The woman at the front desk must work/ sleep there. It took 4 minutes for her to come to the desk. It took another 12 minutes for us to check in even though I had a reservation. It was so weird.
The pool was either so dirty or full of chemicals/ maybe both. You couldn't see bodies in the water.
The elevator was filthy
Everything was dirty. I cannot fathom how it received 3.5 stars

Floors not vacuumed. The top lock was missing to stop the door from opening all the way if someone used the key card. Same toilet paper roll from the previous guests. No coffee cups for the coffee machine. The bath tub filled up to our shins while trying to shower.

The room had dirty towel, a dirty sink and bathtub was dirty. They need leason in how to clean.

The property was understaffed. The rooms were completely dirty. The main entrance bathroom was full of feces and flies. We specifically asked if the pool was working when we got there it was off and completely shut down. We asked when it would be running because we came with a baseball team in our room. The toilet was leaking the whole time we got two towels for each room. We had a group of 10 room rooms. It was just completely chaos there.

Номер был грязный, постельное белье было как-будто использованным. Кондиционер не выключался и было холодно. Не смогли выключить. В шкафу были чьи-то вещи. Обещанный бассейн грязный и закрыт. Ковроланы везде грязые, и лифт завален мусором.
