Beds were good quality.
Building was under renovation. Pool facility was closed. Plastic covered the hotel room window and could not look out. Windows were smashed.
Breakfast, room and bed were all good
due to renovations, we could not see out of our window at all. Also, access to the pool area was not available.
Breakfast: The breakfast experience at the Hampton Inn was very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, with only egg omelets, sausages, muffins, and pancakes available. There was very little variety compared with what you would normally expect from a hotel breakfast.
Rooms: The room itself was clean, but it felt very dated. The carpet was extremely old and had an unpleasant, musty smell. The hallway carpets were in even worse condition—they looked worn, dirty, and long overdue for replacement.
Bed: Unfortunately, the mattress was also very uncomfortable. It felt like a cheap, worn-out spring mattress, and I woke up with a sore back after sleeping on it.
Overall, while the room was clean, the outdated carpets, uncomfortable mattress, unpleasant smell, and very limited breakfast made the stay disappointing. The hotel would benefit greatly from some much-needed renovations and upgrades.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious and lovely. Breakfast was good, with lots of seating.
Breakfast area (where food is) is very congested, especially when busy.
Beds are comfortable but too high for a 5'3" person with back issues.
Great breakfast, even my picky toddler ate the waffles with youghurt. Tge room was spacious , clean and modern. Modern shower, and even wireless charger for the phones

Breakfast was very good and had a good selection of breakfast items.
Was not informed that pool was under renovation until after booking. They did have a good system in place, so that we could use a neighbouring hotel's pool.
