I was looking at a construction tarp the whole time. There was rénovation but still! It was night time all day long. I hated my stay
Proximity to University. Bed was very comfortable. Desk staff were very pleasant
Was notified by Booking.com that the pool & hot tub wouldn't be available due to hotel renovations. No one informed us that the whole hotel was being renovated ( outside facade/scaffolding/ torn up rugs in lobby/ tarps blocking window views......
Kind of felt duped.

It’s getting very tired in decor and always seems hot downstairs. But was under renovation
Breakfast was beyond our expectations, enough choices and good quality food. Room was clean and nice (not the most modern room, but clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day.
The hotel was under renovation on our visit, but access to pool and parking was provided and the breakfast did compensate for that. (We were noticed about the renovation before our visit)

Pool and hot tub were down but they had an agreement with the neighboring hotel.
We never ended up hitting the tub though.

Overall great.
Bed was a bit lumpy and we were on the 4th floor which is the top floor, with some kind of loud noise for part of the night. Maybe HVAC unit.
I have stayed here several times so I know what to expect. The hotel is going through renovations, but it didn't have any effect on my stay. The free breakfast is very welcomed in the morning.
Nothing negative to say about the hotel.
The option for a suite, separate bedroom is always top of my accommodation needs.
The service and attentiveness of the staff was impressive
The sofa bed in the room was awful. Springs in my back, tossing and turning was definitely what happened and I couldn’t sleep at all. The bed in the bedroom was great for the other members of my party but the sofa bed is basically a non option if you plan on sleeping.
The renovation situation was inconvenient as well.
Beds were good quality.
Building was under renovation. Pool facility was closed. Plastic covered the hotel room window and could not look out. Windows were smashed.
Breakfast, room and bed were all good
due to renovations, we could not see out of our window at all. Also, access to the pool area was not available.
