Great common area, good breakfast and tea coffee water all day in Common area right by the highway and close to several attractions
The bed or pillows I woke up with a sore back both nights. The room needed some up keep like the doors has chipped paint, staining in the shower etc. you can’t use tv app we were not told the pool was closed so that was unfortunate they should highlight that type of information

Front Desk Night Manager was excellent! Helpful with directions to the rent a car return location
The cleanliness of the rooms, hospitality of the lady that checked me in at the front desk was so welcoming and she had such great attitude! She also provided us with bottled water and snacks for the kids as we walked in. The toiletries in the lady’s bathroom is also a plus and rare in most hotels I’ve stayed in. I wish I could remember her name the only thing I can remember she had her hair pulled back in a pony tail with curly hair kinda sort of. Breakfast was awesome!

Close to airport. Able to park my truck while I was away.
Staff was friendly
The room was very worn down. Bathtub appeared dirty. Shower came out as a tiny trickle. I couldn’t even wash my hair and I had a big meeting that morning. Extremely upset and would like to talk with someone about how this will be remedied.
