The room was big and comfortable
The staff is absolutely horrible. We were talked down to, were not informed of certain things and when asked about them were told that we didn’t have to stay there, but since the world cup was in town good luck finding another hotel. We observed cross contamination during breakfast and as someone in multi organ failure with severe dietary allergies, watching the staff touch all the food, trash and other items with the same glove without changing it, posed concerns. When told about it, we were told that the staff had done nothing wrong and everything was fine. Will not be going back to a Hilton in RI if this is how they are and how they treat customers.
Location was close to the zoo
Floors were sticky, trash was never emptied even though we were there three nights, pull out couch was broken and non-useable, bath tub was clogged, and there was no hot breakfast for entire stay.

The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful, the location was convenient.
The pool wasn’t working, the breakfast was only toast/waffles, the tub did not drain, the sink faucet wasn’t secured, the phone jack was ripped from the wall and the thermostat was barely covering a gaping hole.

Misrepresented amenities. Booked this hotel because they said they had a pool/spa and continental breakfast. Got there and was told the pool has been closed since last August and there will be no hot breakfast. Awful stay. Bathroom was dirty as well. Fridge removed

Overall the hotel was clean, the complimentary breakfast was good. However, this is an older property that has had attempts at room updates, but overall is still not in line with the Hilton brand. The room was clean, but there was no soap in the hand soap dispenser, the toilet seat was chipped and worn, the bathtub was aged and stained. Wallpaper in our room was peeling what appeared to be from a roof leak, it is possible that there is mold present. The AC controller was replaced but the wall repair was not completed. The room fees are too high for the quality of the hotel. The proximity to the airport was great, but there are better hotels in the immediate area with similar prices but are new properties. We chose this hotel because it was a Hilton property. This hotel does not meet the standard that I have been used to at their other properties.
nothing....very bad experience with the girl Stacy at the front desk. was very rude, yelling at me and calling me ignorant and telling me to mind my business when I insisted my room was already paid for.
