Dirty room
Pros:

Arrived late after long flight. 11 pm. Nice front desk people. Went to room 416. Exhausted. Room smelled bad. Dirty. Floors gritty. Wet. Bed mattress damp. Tried to sleep but smell so bad kept coughing. Unable to breathe. Called desk. Got a different room. Had to move belongings at 2 am. The worst experience. Don’t go. Plenty of hotels in area

Clean upgraded room!
Pros:

What a very nice, clean room we had. Very impressed with our upgraded King Suite. Front desk lady was very kind also.

staff seemed annoyed all the time, keys didn't work (multiple times) the tub was rusted and gross, the ac didn't work well.

Its an airport hotel.
Pros:

Everything went fine for check-in...etc. staff seemed normal. The room was a little warn. there was endless humidity in the room. They locked the thermostat so that it would only go to 68 degrees, so getting it cold and dry was challenging. The HVAC system also had no option for Fan always on. so it would cycle on and off all night and was very loud. 1 out of 4 towels was dirty. Its an Airport hotel. probably the lowest end Hampton Inn we've ever stayed at.

Pros:

We stay in 10-12 Hampton Inns each year because we like their locations, amenities , and security measures. This particular location ranks near the bottom. Stayed one night for early flight. Desperately needs an upgrade/ remodel. Stayed in one of the suites. Handle missing on kitchen area door, paint smears on metal doorknobs, toilet seat with deep gouges, and to top it off one of our bedside tables crashed off the wall almost landing on my wife’s foot. Location is convenient right next to airport so maybe they have built-in full capacity as a result and don’t need to prioritize upkeep and maintenance. But there have to be better options near TF Green that provide a more customer- centric experience.
