Pros:

nothing....very bad experience with the girl Stacy at the front desk. was very rude, yelling at me and calling me ignorant and telling me to mind my business when I insisted my room was already paid for.

Pros:

Everyone was very helpful and thoughtful. Really comfortable atmosphere to hang out in with all the rain. Breakfast was great the next day.

Cons:

I was only sorry to see a fitness room in pool temporarily closed. Otherwise everything was really good

Good location nice common area
Pros:

Great common area, good breakfast and tea coffee water all day in Common area right by the highway and close to several attractions

Cons:

The bed or pillows I woke up with a sore back both nights. The room needed some up keep like the doors has chipped paint, staining in the shower etc. you can’t use tv app we were not told the pool was closed so that was unfortunate they should highlight that type of information
