Pros:

Very clean and organized. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Minor issues with the elevators not wanting to go to our floor but staff was quick to address the issue and help!

The hotel really served my needs and made the morning really easy by providing a great breakfast
Pros:

Bed was comfy, shower was hot and great, a really nice room. My son with autism loved watching the cars from the window in the room.

Cons:

Nothing really, perfect visit for what it was. A great standard tier hotel. It is about 30 minutes from the airport but the hotel can't really help that. I could have chosen to stay closer but I didn't want to deal with an increase in price

Pool was disappointing at the height of summer. Rest of the property was clean.

Location. Staff.

Cons:

The pool was closed by the health department. Pretty disconcerting to see the gate chained with that message on it.

Pool and fire pit not working. Had family with kids and for majority of stay the pool wasn’t working. This has been a consistent issue with the Hamptons. For $300 a night I expected better

A beautiful place
Pros:

I liked the attention of the staff

Cons:

I didn’t like that they didn’t clean my room while I was there they didn’t take out the garbage, the pillows are a little uncomfortable and they didn’t change the towels in the room. It’s just to take it into account but in general it’s an excellent place and its staff is very friendly
