Adequate would plan better next trip
Pros:

Fairly decent good selection of actual breakfast items however the hot tray items were cold and I was there pretty early when they were first put out.

Coffee ☕️ was pretty good from the carafe downstairs
*Suggestion: Please put better Coffee in the Rooms- along with creamer
Not everyone wants to come downstairs first thing in the morning

Perfect location, but not the quiet, comfortable stay I had hoped for.

The biggest advantage of this hotel for me is its convenient location, especially if you need to be in the Hayward Hills area. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the walls are quite thin. Conversations in the hallway could be heard clearly from inside the room, and noise from people running up and down the halls carried easily. The beds were another drawback…they CREAKED noticeably with ANY movement and didn’t feel particularly sturdy or comfortable. Overall, the location worked well for my visit, but I hope the hotel considers improvements to soundproofing and bed quality.
