A great stay near airport and DLF mall.
Krishna was really helpful and made our stay hassle free & comfortable.
Only the location was good.
The staff at the hotel entrance, especially the lady checking the luggage, behaved very rudely.

Had a pleasant stay at The Grand New Delhi. The property has a nice ambience and overall it was a comfortable experience. A special thanks to Ashish, the Club Lounge Manager, for being extremely prompt and accommodating throughout the stay. Also, Subhashree at the reception was very warm, polite, and helpful, which truly added a personal touch to the experience.
While there were a few small inconsistencies in service at times, the efforts of staff members like Ashish and Subhashree really stood out and made the stay much more enjoyable. Wishing the team all the best and looking forward to seeing the service become even better in the future.
Excellent experience in my first visit to India! Hotel staff was very responsive via email pre-visit with questions I had. Pickup service at airport was smooth. Service in hotel, from desk staff to front door staff to restaurant staff, was very friendly and responsive to requests/questions I had. Ate in the hotel restaurant the entire duration of my stay, food quality and variety was great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting India, and I will definitely stay here again if business travels bring me here!

Rooms are sub standard & not upto mark or level of a so called 5 star property.
Persistent water issues in the Room, sometimes No Hot water or no water at all.
Muddy water through the taps.
Constant work activities in the afternoon and the management / staff does nothing to stop the noise.
Most Housekeeping and Room Service staff are poorly trained and without basic service manners . (Exceptions like Kaushledra from housekeeping who are very good)
In the hotel for the whole month of May, 2026, great hospitality, decent space in the room.
Mr. Rahul Kumar takes care of the floor and room cleaning. Very polite guy.
Hotel is 15mins from the IGI airport and ambience mall vasant kunj is nearby. Overall great location.
House keeping was excellent.
