Overall, had an amazing stay.
Pros:

I love the location, close to Calgary tower and plenty of restaurantants around. Also the facilities are superior and love the clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Only one thing is missing and that is the unavailability of showers in the pool area. There is no area for guest to rinse off before taking a dip which I think is unhygienic.

Hyatt never disappoints!! Steam in the steam room. Soak in n the hot-tub. Quench your thirsts n the lounge. Coffee up in the Starbucks. Walk, Transit or Uber anywhere in dt Calgary.

Wonderful Weekend
Pros:

The Hyatt was a beautiful, accessible and wonderful place to stay. My room was clean and the staff straightened up every day, leaving the room clean and fresh daily. We were close to the elevators and there was some noise with that, but it soon became background noise and not intrusive.

A great conference experience
Pros:

I recently stayed at The Hyatt to attend a writer's conference. Though the hotel was fully booked, the atmosphere was never frenetic or overwhelming.
The conference rooms were well appointed and in excellent condition.
Staff were welcoming and attentive , from room service, front desk, security, housekeeping and dining room.
The biggest drawback is the parking -- but it is a common issue in all downtown hotels.

Spacious, attractive, and comfortable
Pros:

This hotel provided an excellent venue for the conference I attended. The guest rooms and the conference rooms were pleasant, and the location of the hotel in the heart of Calgary's downtown area meant that I could easily go out to get whatever I needed, or to find additional dining options.

Great stay, comfy bed
Pros:

Excellent stay while visiting friends and attending conference. Comfortable beds, good valet parking. There is a Starbucks in the building. Good conference facilities. Excellent staff.

Overall, location was really good; staff helpful and friendly.
Pros:

THEEE most efficient, uncomplicated check in and check out I have experienced in a long time (incl valet for my truck). I also liked the energy wise 'clean linens and towels after 3 days' and the water faucet for drinking.

Cons:

I was VERY disappointed I did not have a fridge with pop, water, snack, etc. in my room. When I have a weekend away, I enjoy all of the finer things.
