Clean Room
Pros:

Clean Room, Pool, Hot Tub and Steam room very clean and working well. Food for the Conference was above average. Easy to reach from Calgary Airport via public transport.

Would look for another place next time.
Cons:

I had to call twice to get a bar of soap in tue bathroom. There was one robe— two people. No towel racks at all—just two hooks— ridiculous when you want us to dry the towels, so they won’t be replaced/washed every day. - bunch of stupid things like that.

Great location. Clean.
Pros:

Overall great experience. Clean. Excellent coffee shop across the street. As with all hotels, a little maintenance/handyman service would go a long way. Not quite as modern as expected. Perfect for a business trip.

Calvary Canada is cool!!!
Pros:

Location clean and comfortable
The hotel restaurant food is good. Morning manager Ivan and server Irene are also reasons to eat at hotel!

Cons:

Everything was great especially the staff
Spouse unable to get massage though due to limited spa hours . Tegan provided me a great pedicure but no staff for a manicure 😞

Pros:

Das Zimmer war super, sehr nette und aufmerksame Reinigungskraft.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich. Bei der Ankunft wurde schlechte / gar keine Infoemationen gegeben. Bei der Abreise gab es keine Verabschiedung, der Mann an der Rezeption nahm die Zimmerkarte und lief uns davon und kümmerte sich um einen anderen Gast. Schlussabrechung gab es auch keine. Das ist kein 4 Sterne niveau

Great staff and comfortable stay. I go annual to the Hyatt and find the experience is consistent and very pleasant. Conference rooms are great and the food was delicious.

A bit tired?
Pros:

Although the hotel is starting to show its age, that would not preclude me from returning. The stuff in the hotel and the restaurant are uniformly professional and friendly; and those in the club go out of their way to accommodate what you might need. The room is large and comfortable, bed and pillow excellent, and the bathroom is bright and airy.

HR Calgary Superb Hospitality
Pros:

I just really want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Hyatt Regency Calgary Team.

They treated me and my friends as their own family. I visited Calgary to have a reunion with my friends and the level of service and hospitality that HR Calgary team made our reunion memorable.

Special thanks to Loni from Marketing, Ezra, Irene, Ringo, Viah and more (can’t remember all the names) for going the extra mile to make me and my friends have the best time.

Great stay at the Hyatt
Pros:

Excellent service, great facility and amenities. The gym has chilled towels with mint for post workout refreshment. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and I loved the in floor heating.

Walkable to everything
Pros:

Locations was fantastic, within walking distance of all amenities. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and the view at night was spectacular with the city lights.

Excellent choice for downtown!
Pros:

This hotel was excellent, as always they live up to my expectations. Location downtown is usually easy to getto when road construction is not a nusicance. Quiet and calm atmosphere for the most part. Two conventions were on the go and that was adventuresome. In all honesty, I like seeing how busy it was. The room was comfortable and I slept well.
Noise wise, being downtown you certainly get the traffic noise. but that is realistic and to be expected. Anything I neededwas easily provided and appreciated

I would not recommend and we will likely not return.
Pros:

Locations is good for my trip and purpose.

Cons:

The shower situation is unique and unheard of from my perspective. There’s only a curtain separating the washroom and the shower. There’s not even a divider. I would not have expected that from a Hyatt hotel honestly.

We checked in with our dog and they charge additional fees for cleaning purposes which is fine. But when we checked out we found that next room next door was being cleaned and they were seemingly provided a dog bed and water bowl for their dog and the same services were not applied to us? I’m a bit confused maybe I could have asked.

The help desk is impatient and not helpful as I needed to get some directions to my meeting and I was pointed with opposite direction.

Hotel really welcoming very clean friendly staff and a great central location
Pros:

Great hotel dead central for local amenities/ Stephen’s Ave & Calgary Tower, staff were excellent and very welcoming would definitely recommend this hotel

Very clean room and respectful staff.
Pros:

We liked the beds, they were very comfortable. The staff was amazing!

Cons:

We didn`t like that our room phone didn`t work. And we only had one bath robe. Being from out of town, we had a really difficult time accessing the hotel. The message we recieved misled our directions as the street was closed for construction.
