It was nice it wasn’t directly in the city.

The ticket system at first was pretty confusing as it was my first time there I didn’t know how it worked

Perfect
Pros:

Great connection to from the airport. All staff, minibus and hotel staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful. Room was perfect, clean and comfortable. We actually left another hotel to come back early so we could stay there again before our flight. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay there again.

Convenience - Close to the airport.

Cons:

Everytime we stay, we end up with neighbors who do not follow the 10 - 7 quiet time. It is very aggravating

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful and there were no long waits for anything! Check in and out was very fast! Lunch was delicious and did not take long. Beautiful hotel!

Comfortable, convenient to the airport, worthwhile if you get a decent room rate
Pros:

We loved the proximity to the airport and convenient free airport shuttle. Our 6 year old enjoyed the pool. We had a meal from the restaurant, which was also pretty good. They had a microwave for us to prepare simple food for our daughter.

Cons:

They had a shop with some essentials, but prices were not listed so it was hard to decide whether to purchase things or not. The things we did purchase were highly overpriced. This is fine, but we would have appreciated the prices being listed in advance for our information. Without a car, we had no choice and it felt a little like the hotel is taking advantage of customers in our situation. We would make sure to bring some of our own snacks next time.

Used to be a great hotel.
Pros:

This used to be a great hotel for me. Not anymore since it is now a shuttle from the airport. Stayed July 7/8 2026. Room was fine the 1st night, the restaurant was not up to it's standards. Had fish and chips which were not chips but 2 roasted potatoes cut into 4 pieces each. The fish was greasy and overbreaded. Second day I came back to the room and the sink was full of water. Called maintenance twice. Fixed it. Went to the gym and came back and sink was full again. Call to maintenance again. Called front desk for a 3am wakeup call and was informed phone in room doesn't work. Went to sleep at 8, the hotel alarm went off at 930 for 15 minutes. NEVER AGAIN STAYING HERE.

Yellow Ribbon Conference
Pros:

Clean room and comfortable. We are the type of people that live a cold room and we're so happy to enjoy nice cold room! We were staying for the Yellow Ribbon Conference and the food was delicious!
