Cons:

I asked rooms for 4 persons and 2 children. They offered me 1 Ameri suite and one classic room. In fact 1 Ameri suite was enough as it contains enough beds. I paid 1300 SR WITH NO VALUE.

اشكر المديرة المناوبة على استقبالها وتسهيل اجراءات الدخول

ارسلت ايميل الى قسم الحجوزات لتعديل حجزي ولكن لم أتلقى رد منهم ، واتصلت اكثر من مرة على مدى اكثر من 3 ايام وعندما تم الرد اخيراً من قبل موظفة قسم الحجوزات لم تفدني بشيء وقالت اذا وصلت للفندق تقدر تعدل حجزك في قسم الاستقبال
