Pros:

The reception stafftook SR500 as deposit during check in. Then they did not return it at check out.
They claimed the I did not pay it.
They asked for a receipt which was not given at check in.
Very bad.

أسوأ من ما تتخيلون للاسف

التعامل السيء رغم اني اسكن فيه سنوياً 4 مرات
لكن هذه المرة للأسف في انحدار عجيب و غريب
حاجز جناح اميري بقيمة 15 الف ريال تقريباً و للاسف تم وضعي في دور اسفل الدور الذي تتم فيه عمليات الترميم التي تبدا من الساعة 8 صباحا
ويتم التواصل مع الادارة ولا حياة لمن تنادي
و بالاخير يتم تعويضي بترقية ليلة واحدة وغداء مجاني
و يعلم ويشهد الله اني مافكرت بالترقية
كان من الاجدر التجاوب من اليوم الاول و نقلي لدور هادئ حيث ان معي والدتي كبيرة بالسن
تعامل سيء سيء جداً وعدم تجاوب



ايضاً عدم تناسق الوان الاضاءة بعضها ابيض و بعضها اصفر و لا يمكن التحكم بالاضاءة وتخفيضها
اما اشعالها جميعاً او اطفاؤها جميعاً


دفع الماء في دورة المياه سيء جدا جدا جدا

الماء اما حار مرة او بارد مرة لا يوجد وسط في الشور

كراسي دورات المياة اجلكم الله بعد الترميم صغيرة جداً
