نرجو الاهتمام في النزيل لو عندكم صيانة لا تستقبل نزلاء

يوجد صيانه عندهم ولم يخبروني واعمال الصيانه تبدأ من 9 صباحا الى 3 مساء وكل ما كلمتهم على الازعاج يقولو حنوقفهم ولا يوقفوهم للاسف كلهم غير متعاونين من الرسبشن الى المدير العام فهد والله من اسؤا رحلاتي

Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The suite was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and offering a beautiful view of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Haram). The hotel's direct access to Gates 337 and 338 made visiting the mosque extremely convenient.

The staff, from the reception team to housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly, cooperative, and hospitable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety and quality.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait, proche de la mosquée, surtout proche de l'entrée des femmes. Personnel très accueillant et disponible, réactif, mais ne comprenant pas toujours l'arabe.
Petit-déjeuner très copieux et varié, avec des horaires très pratiques ; la suite avec vue sur haram est parfaite et magnifique, bien équipée, assez vaste pour 4-5 personnes, avec un cuisine très pratique même s'il manquait couverts & micro-onde.
La climatisation est réglable chambre par chambre, et heureusement, dans d'autres hôtels elle est réglée très bas à 19 °C et on caille dans les chambres, ici ce n'était pas le cas, assez rare pour être signalé, surtout que l'hôtel semble avoir été rénové depuis ma dernière visite en 2023.

Cons:

des travaux un peu ennuyant les 2 premiers jours, qui ont perturbé l'accès aux ascenseurs, mais une fois les travaux terminés tout est rentré dans l'ordre.
La suite est grande mais il n'y a pas de lave-linge, certaines hôtels avec suite en ont, dommage que celui-là n'en ait pas
