Péssimo serviço.

Perderam um pacote entregue em meu nome e nenhum dos funcionários contactados se preocupou em ajudar efetivamente.
Além disso, um dia sai pela manhã e ao retornar pela noite o quarto ao tinha sido arrumado.
Não é o que se espera de um intercontinental.
