Wonderful location for a short and safe stay. I stayed with my family and we did enjoy the short stay. Coffee was available full day at the lobby which I liked. Covered Parking was our priority for our stay specifically having a full size RAM1500 (Un lifted) which fit perfectly….
Think price is slightly on higher side but with safety of the area and parking for the car, it was a good compromise - My personal opinion
Quaint hotel. Breakfast at Wise Son across the street. For World of Hyatt globalists - breakfast options limited to basic sandwiches without extras. Neighborhood has interesting shops (food, clothing, art, etc). Near Presidio - one can take bus 43 to the Presidio Transit Station which is adjacent to the Presidio Tunnel Tops. Away from the buzz of SF. Would be liked by people wanting an eclectic SF stay.
Very impressed by this hotel! Room was comfortable, well furnished, and modern art on the walls, even in the bathroom! Pet friendly with very modest pet fee. Was able to find street parking about 1 1/2 blocks away.

Water pressure in room 310 - terrible
Front desk was - meh? Not overly friendly or helpful
Staff was very friendly and over the top curtious.
Friendly staff, location, easy access and definitely parking!
This is a small quaint welcoming hotel. I enjoyed everything. The staff was thoughtful. The location is excellent. The room was large.
I love the location. Just a short walk to the wonderful Fillmore Street with its cafés, restaurants, and shops. Cool vibe! Easy walk to Union Street, Presidio, and Marina Green.
Patient and helpful staff. Inpressed with their customer service and kind treatment of me and of one another. Consistent, cohesive communication across team members.
(Fragrance - chemical - too strong for me in room).
Everything was just perfect. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the hotel, the location. We'll definitely be back
Excellent location. Unlimited coffee/tea in the lobby was nice.
The price was high for limited value. Breakfast was not included.
Terrific location, warm and welcoming staff. Did not feel anything like staying in a large, impersonal business hotel. Perfect for our extended family group across 4 rooms.
The rooms were clean, bright and cheery with excellent linens, towels, and comfy bedding. The fluffy robes made it feel even homier.
We appreciate the extra touches: coffee/tea service in the lobby, freshly baked warm cookies in the afternoon. Off street parking was a real plus.
This is a neighborhood gem!
Super tired and gross carpet, the hotel is badly in need of an update. Very surprised is in the JVD/Hyatt collection ...Badly in need of a remodel.
loved the room, bathroom, location!! all really good.
The only "bad" thing was the light at my desk did not work and wouldn't charge my phone either.
there wasn't a lightbulb in the light fixture.
and a strong chemical smell on the first floor landing of the stairwell? it was odd???
Otherwise it was awesome!
2nd stay. In both instances, it was near planned evening event. I liked that it had that boutique feel, quaint, and near a nice restaurant and cafe. Staff are great, rooms spacious and clean.
Location was excellent for reaching the places we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. Parking on-site was a boon, very nice.
