معاملة الموضف عند الخروج يدعي انه هوه المدير وكان يريد ان ادفع عند الخروج غرامه 125 باوند بسبب البخور وكان انذار اول وانا ماكان عندي علم ان البخور ممنوع وقالو لي اول مره مسموح وعند الخروج قال لي لازم تدفع المبلغ والا سوف نطلب لك الشرطه وقلت لهم اطلبو اذا انا غلطان بدفع ولما وصلت الشرطه تحققو من الموضوع وقال لي الشرطه لا تدفع مش من حقهم وبعدين الموضف غير كلامه وقال اني انا رفعت صوتي عليه وادعى اني كنت بضربه وادعائت كاذبه وطلب الشرطي بااعدت الكيمرات لكي يتحقق من الموضوع وطلع كله كذب وافتراءات وطلع عندي الحق وبعد ذالك دفعوني 50 باوند تاخير فالخروج حق نص ساعه انا ماكان عندي علم ان الجيك اوت الساعه 11/30 المعتاد في كل الفنادق الساعه 12 هذي الملاحضه على تعاملهم الموضف هذا مغربي مش عارف اسمه بالضبط .

Absolutely unacceptable treatment — never staying here again.

This was not my first time staying at this hotel, and I had returned because my previous experiences were good. Unfortunately, after what happened during this stay, it will definitely be my last.

We arrived at the hotel at around 3:00 AM and were clearly informed that we had a late checkout until 12:00 PM. Because of our extremely late arrival, we planned accordingly: wake up around 11:30, shower, pack our belongings, and leave by the agreed checkout time.

Instead, at around 11:00 AM, we were woken up and told that we needed to leave. I calmly explained that we had been given until 12:00 PM and that we would leave at the agreed time.

What happened next was completely unacceptable.

A receptionist named Natalie came to our room and started knocking on the door so aggressively it sounded like she was trying to break it down. When I opened the door, instead of speaking to us professionally, she raised her voice and shouted:

“LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! WE NEED THE ROOM!”

I asked her to lower her voice and speak to me respectfully. I explained again that we had been told our checkout was at 12:00 PM. Her response was to accuse me of lying, saying that this “never happened.”

Whether another member of staff failed to put the late checkout into their system is absolutely not the guest’s responsibility. We were told 12:00 PM, and we planned our morning based on that information.

Despite her attitude, I remained calm and cooperative. We even allowed staff into the room while my friend was still taking a shower, simply because we did not want the situation to escalate. In the end, we actually left the room at approximately 11:30 AM — earlier than the checkout time we had originally been given.

Yet somehow the situation became even more ridiculous at reception.

Natalie then attempted to charge us a late-checkout fee, despite us having left at 11:30.

No walk in shower in the junior suite

No facilities

Leider wurde unserer Bitte nach 3 Zimmern, die in der Nähe zueinander liegen, nicht entsprochen - eines unserer 3 Zimmer war weit von den beiden anderen entfernt. Enttäuscht waren wir von der Tatsache, dass die beiden nahe beieinander liegenden Zimmer im Untergeschoß lagen. Obwohl beide über Fenster verfügten, konnten diese nicht über die "Kelleratmosphäre" hinweghelfen. Ein entsprechender Hinweis bei Zimmerbuchung wäre vortehilhaft.

The arrangement of the room, difficult to move around the bed. We felt the price for the breakfast was too high. The size of the Lyft was not desirable. We had to deal with the bathroom to the bedroom ramp since the floors were on a different height.

First day they gave me a very small suite, not like the pictures I saw in their junior suite picture options
The lift is so outdated and it’s very small, very slow and have an metal door which is extremely heavy

That I only stayed for one night.
