تجربة مخيبة للآمال للغاية.

منذ بداية الإقامة واجهت عدة مشاكل في الخدمات الأساسية، بما في ذلك انقطاع الكهرباء وعدم توفر الماء الساخن بشكل مناسب. وعلى الرغم من تقديم عدة شكاوى، لم يتم التعامل مع المشكلات بالسرعة أو الفعالية المطلوبة، مما أثر بشكل كبير على جودة الإقامة.

كما شعرت بالقلق عندما دخل أحد الأشخاص إلى الشقة بحجة إجراء أعمال صيانة دون إشعار مسبق أو تنسيق واضح، وهو ما أثار لدي مخاوف تتعلق بالخصوصية والأمان.

التواصل مع إدارة العقار وحل المشكلات لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع، ولم تكن التجربة متوافقة مع التوقعات التي كونتها بناءً على وصف العقار عند الحجز.

كما تفاجأت لاحقًا بمحاولة المطالبة برسوم أضرار لا أتفق معها وأرفضها بشكل قاطع.

بناءً على تجربتي الشخصية، لا أوصي بهذا العقار ولن أختاره مرة أخرى في المستقبل.

My review has highly been influenced by the fact the hot water was not working at all, i rang the person who managed the company who asked me to call the maintenance guy but said he would probably come in the morning, but we had to leave early, i did ring the maintenance guy at night who did not resolve the issue. He asked me to turn a dial on the boiler which did not resolve the issue. i messaged the property manager guy asking for compensation as i believe i am due it but he just abruptly denied me , saying im blackmailing him or assuming im lying. I told him it didn’t work and luckily it was hot so it wasnt as big an issue as it would have been if it was cold,but my daughters were absolutely not happy they didnt have warm showers on the stay, He just rudly said hes gonna report me for tampering with the boiler, so irritated!

Sleeping was very difficult other neighbours talked until after 3AM, the bed was next to water cupboard the noise was impossible to ignore at night.

The only problem was that there was no hot water when we went to take a shower.

Tiene varios desperfectos el apartamento. Primero el mal estado del calentador de agua. Hace mucho ruido en una de las habitaciones junto a la bomba de agua que se encuentra en el armario de una habitación. Así que dormir es bastante difícil. Además había un goteo. Luego las duchas no tienen presión y en una ducha casi te puedes quemar en primer grado. (El agua sale demasiado caliente) la cocina es inconfortable y estaba sucia. Además no ofrecen la cantidad de toallas necesarias (una toalla para manos y para la ducha) podrían mejorar el servicio.

Sistema de água/água quente, faz muito barulho no quarto mais pequeno, sendo que só podemos utilizar uma das casas de banho para os banhos o que atrasou as nossas saídas diariamente.

The showers were awful. The ensuite didn't even get warm and the electric shower was either burning you one second then freezing the next. Glad we were only there for 2 nights as miss having a nice warm shower.

Water was freezing cold, we had to call the office manager who told us that the hot water had been turned off. This should have been communicated better as the water did not heat up in time before checkout, meaning we were unable to shower. Very very disappointed with this

WiFi is poor, buffering, TV is very small for size of the room and kept buffering.
Blinds broken in main bedroom.
Door handle falls off from inside the bathroom. Low water pressure in showers, and struggled to get hot water.
The whole apartment needs a good deep clean on skirting boards, walls, floors and grout in bathrooms.

You need to find out how the shower works and this can be quite hard. However, when you have figured it out, it showers nicely!

The only problem we had is the water heater. The bathrooms had issues with the heater. , we spent 6 days showering with freezing water. It was really annoying and frustrating.

Even though we informed the host about the problem. He did not fix it.

Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately quite disappointing.
The location next to Harrods is excellent, but that’s the only positive aspect.
The apartment felt almost like sleeping outdoors due to extremely poor windows and no sound insulation. Cleanliness was below standard: low-quality linens with fluff, worn towels, and wardrobes filled with old blankets/duvets that gave a very uncomfortable, unclean feeling. The bed was not a proper double but a small, narrow one, and one of the bathrooms didn’t even have hot water.
Hospitality and communication were lacking. The host never checked on us, the access code was sent late only after we followed up, and when we asked to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before the 4 PM check-in, we were told it would cost £50 per hour — something that felt completely unreasonable. Yet at checkout we were asked to leave strictly at 11:00.

Cooking smells from the kitchen also travelled into our apartment, which was unpleasant.

Overall, despite the great location, the stay did not feel comfortable, clean, or welcoming. It may suit very young travelers who only prioritise the area, but for anyone expecting a decent level of comfort and hospitality, I would not recommend this property.
