Beautiful and quiet boutique hotel in a great location but deceptively dangerous in the bathroom.
Pros:

The location was great. It was within walking distance of Hyde Park and many good restaurants. It was also quiet.

Cons:

It is in a refurbished 1800 townhouse. It looks gorgeous, but there were no grab bars in the bathroom shower and the tub shower was higher than the bathroom floor. When stepping out your off balance and I fell onto the hard tile floor badly bruising my tail bone. Then I asked for a room with a step in shower and had to wait because the one room with a walk in shower was occupied. It turned out that room had a walk in shower where the shower floor was a slippery when wet tile. There was one small non slip bath mat. Long story short, the bathrooms in this hotel are dangerous. I ended up going to the ER for the pain from my fall. The hotel paid for my breakfast every day and for the taxi ride to the hospital.

Great location, comfortable and clean
Pros:

Great location in a pretty neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Quiet room (with air conditioning!). Very attentive and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

A designated dining room for breakfast would be nice.

Excelente ubicación y relación precio - calidad

El alojamiento está en una excelente ubicación, ofrecen café de cortesía y té con scons para la merienda.
Sirven el desayuno en el cuarto y estaba muy bien preparado.
El personal fue muy servicial y atento.
El día del check out la zona en donde se encontraba el hotel tenía suspendido el servicio de agua por obras en las inmediaciones y la manager nos dejó quedarnos unas horas más para poder darnos una ducha antes de salir al aeropuerto. Me pareció excelente, muchas gracias! Volveré sin dudarlo!
