Nice hotel!
Pros:

Lobby was large and nice. No problem storing luggage on early arrival. Room was well decorated, comfortable, clean and reasonably quiet (for NYC). Loved the small balcony onto which we could place our chair and ottoman, though Park Ave view would have been better. Rooftop was empty in April, but a nice escape. Included breakfast was modest but certainly adequate with consistently good coffee. All staff we encountered were pleasant. Great central location. Try Sundays Well, nearby.

Cons:

Some small cosmetic demerits: An empty cabinet for a refrigerator (we did not expect one, but would have been nice), holes in the beside tables where once were lights apparently.

Wonderful beautiful great place to stay. Incredibly comfortable beds, rooms. And great location
Hotel staff so kind, sweet , caring and helpful! Love the Continental breakfast in the morning and how the staff helped us with their microwave heat up leftovers from awesome restaurants!! Especially the one that does room service!!! Very roomy rooms

Love it!
Pros:

Love this hotel. It’s not new but it’s cosy and warm. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially the lady who helped out during the complimentary breakfast time. She is a sunshine! Too bad I forgot to get her name.

There was one the sink was blocked. But they fixed it right away.
