Geräuschpegel ist zur Straße etwas laut. Man sollte unbedingt in die oberen Stockwerke.

A nice stay.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was wonderful. The room was a nice size. Housekeeping daily was appreciated. It was nice to have a rooftop, but there isn’t anything really there.

Cons:

It was wonderful to have a continental breakfast, but you paid for it in the resort fee. The hotel hallways were a little dingy, and there was a slight smell in the hallway and in the room. The room had a terrace however, there was no barrier between my terrace in the room next-door. Good thing my family was in the next room. If not, I would’ve asked to move for safety.

Live RAT in lobby.
Pros:

That the lobby door was locked after hours and only accessible by and employees permitting you to enter.

Cons:

There was a live, healthy RAT in the lobby last night. We reported it to a worker. It was still there two hours later when we passed through again and said something to the worker again. He saw it. He acknowledged to us he saw it. Thank goodness we saw it on our last night, but I am sickened to have seen it at all. I travel a lot and frequently visit NYC. A live rat in the lobby where everyone has 24/7 snacks … not good. Not good at all.

When I checked out this morning I asked the front desk worker about it and he said he didn’t know what I was talking about. He was on duty when we reported it. We reported it to the taller worker.

Also, the resort fee was advertised to include soft drinks—-it did not. Even when I showed the wording to the front desk at check in: I’ll tell my manager was the only response I received. We stayed four nights and nothing else was ever said about it.

This hotel is far overpriced for what it is. I frequently visit NYC and I will not stay here again.

We enjoyed are stay and all the staff were all very helpful.

The room and mini balcony are wonderful. The bed is very comfortable.

The lighting in the room needs to be improved, its too dark. A fan is needed in the shower as the room gets very steamy after using the shower

Rafraîchissement disponible toute la journée avec boissons fraîches, chaudes, biscuits, viennoiseries et fruits.
La chambre est spacieuse et agréable.
L'hôtel est relativement calme pour le centre de New York.
Proche des métros.
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais complet, pain, viennoiseries, fruit. Les personnes au service sont très agréables et toujours disponible.
