Pros:

Que tenia piscina y mis hijas pudieron disfrutar

Cons:

Las instalaciones estaban descuidadas, tanto chapas de puertas, el elevador parecía que necesitaba mantenimiento, tuve que ir a recepción a pedir toallas ya que no había en la habitación

No pudimos accesar a la Alberca porque en la mañana le ponen los químicos solo rentamos una noche y apesar de que entramos diciendo que venimos por la piscina ...no se nos comentó hasta cuándo quisimos bajar a bañarnos en ella que hasta en 24 hrs se podría accesar porque ya le habían puesto químicos al medio dia

"Muy mala experiencia"

La actitud del Sr. Roberto.

Cons:

Habitaciónes llenas de polvo, sin aire acondicionado, instalaciónes viejas, nada cómodo.
Tuvimos que salirnos del hotel así como entramos, no nos quedamos ni 15 minutos.

Espejo sucio , puertas sucias , baño sucio hasta con pelos , contactos flojos , fuga de agua ennla regadera..en restaurante deplorable y sin hielo. Tiene muchos detalles de humedad las paredes y hasta desmoronandose ..

En general bien, la recepcionista nos explicó y fue amable. la ubicación es lo mejor

Excelente ubicación ya que se encuentra en el centro, te dejan agua de cortesía, si ponen shampoo y crema en el baño. El aire acondicionado funcionó perfecto
Toallas y sabanas limpias

Cons:

La cerradura de la puerta de la habitación 307 se veía rota o vieja, al abrir la llave de la regadera el agua salía muy caliente incluso en la de agua fría.
El hotel está descuidado, tal vez no hay buen mantenimiento.
No usamos la alberca.
