Good location to stay in historic center of Merida
Pros:

Great location, nearby short walk to attractions in the city centre. Staff were responsive. Rooms though big enough for 2 persons staying but pretty much basic.

Cons:

No telephone or Intercom in room. Though 2 nos complimentary drinking water bottles were provided in the room, there were no electric kettles or tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms were dated and shabby, needs serious revamp and a pleasant decor. Toilet sanitary wares and accessories were dated and not functioning properly.

Esta a unos pasos del centro caminando.

La higiene y mantenimiento del hotel dejan mucho que desear, nada que ver con lo que se muestra en las imagenes y descripción de booking, el hotel es viejo y se encuentra bastante descuidado, la habitación que nos entregaron estaba muy sucia, el baño no se encontraba sanitizado como usualmente entregan en todos los otros hoteles, la taza del baño estaba sucia, el baño no tiene puerta, por lo que toda el agua de la regadera se sale, el aire acondicionado no funciona y las camas son incomodas, afortunadamente reservamos únciamente por una noche, lo que nos permitió movernos a otro alojamiento las siguientes noches en Mérida.

El personal muy amable, cuando me dieron el primer cuarto no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y sin problema me cambiaron de cuarto.

el clima de la habitación desde que llegamos hacia mucho ruido (habitación 310), no nos quisieron cambiar de habitación, después de insistir teníamos reservado 9 días hasta el 5to día nos cambiaron, no se pudo dormir en esos día, pésima habitación, nunca nos pudieron resolver nada en esos días, pésima actitud de una señorita recepcionista

Pues el precio fue accesible contratando desde aquí(BOOKING)

Cons:

El estacionamiento es a tres cuadras del hotel, fue complicado por el equipaje ya que la estancia fue de 5 días y llevábamos varias maletas, y tuvimos que caminar todos los días hasta el estacionamiento.
