Loved it and would stay again!

We absolutely loved the hotel! The space was beautiful, and all of the employees were incredibly lovely and welcoming, especially the manager. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. We really appreciated his kindness and attention to detail, and it made our experience even more special. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t love was the water quality. From what we understand, this is not an issue specific to the hotel, but rather a concern with the water supply throughout Guadalajara. We completely understand that this is outside of the hotel’s control. That being said, we wish there had been some kind of water filtration or purification system available for guests, or perhaps a little more information about what the hotel does to address the local water quality. Other than that, we truly loved our stay and had an exceptional experience.

La piscine sur le toit est top.
Lits confortables.

L'eau n'est pas propre, elle est jaunâtre et sent fort.
La propreté de la douche laissait à désirer également.

La ubicación está cerca de casi todo.. céntrico. El estacionamiento un poco incómodo siempre muy caliente por sala de naquinas. pero seguro de robo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no prometen lo que anuncian o no se explica en su página que ustedes anuncian. El desayuno buffete le falta cariedad.. El servicio es lento. No puedes agarrar los alimentos son controlsdos.
