Lo que es insuperable es su ubicación y las facilidades como camas y almohadas, el ascensor y que la ambientación interior nos ubica en el México clásico, muy bonito a la vista y sentarse cómodamente en una sala con piano. Bien, pero...

Hay detalles que pesan:
que quienes nos recibieron luego de las 12 medianoche estuvieran mejor entrenados para resolver el check-in de tres habitaciones separadas con un depósito y calcularan bien lo correspondiente por cada habitación ya que habíamos 3 parejas mayores cansadas después de un larguísimo viaje. Luego de haberse "resuelto" la situación, un sr. que estaba en recepción con actitud petulante y en voz alta me acusara de deber dinero."Los números nunca mienten" , me lo repitió varias veces. Pagué lo que dijeron que debía. Luego una sra. muy amable se disculpó conmigo por esa actitud. La sensación de mis 6 días allí fue muy incómoda para mí porque yo estaba acompañada de mi esposo y 4 amigos y no quise convertir la situación en un drama. Hemos viajado las 3 parejas a otros países y a Puebla y CDMX y es la 1ra vez un mal rato de esta índole.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My son and I enjoyed our time here.
Pros:

Food was amazing at this hotel. Staff was great! Parking was a bonus delight and secure.

Cons:

Internet in our room was spotty and had a hard time with the WiFi.

Das Personal was außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und ständig aufmerksam. Sie halfen bei allen Fragen und Anliegen, was wirklich besonders auffallend positiv war. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter/innen!!!
Das Zimmer war groß und schön. Das Fitnessstudio hat mir auch seine Zweck erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Wasserversorgung in Guadalajara hat weitreichende Probleme, nicht nur dieses Hotel ist aktuell davon betroffen. Das Leitungswasser riecht nach Abwasser und kann eigentlich nicht genutzt werden. Selbst Filter schaffen keine Abhilfe. Hoffentlich bekommt die Stadt das bald in den Griff. Dann gibt es in diesem Hotel keinerlei Beanstandung mehr und 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Tiene una ubicación excelente, esta muy céntrico; el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Un punto extra, esta muy cerca la parada de autobús que te lleva a Tlaquepaque!!!
