Очень хорошее расположение гостиницы. До Штефан платца можно спокойно добраться пешком. Музейный квартал в двух шагах. Небольшой, но очень аккуратный номер. Очень удобная кровать. Чисто. Бутылки с водой постоянно добавляют. Прекрасный завтрак.

Great location, the staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Even the hotel restaurant is well known and people outside the hotel come to eat there

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! You can really tell how much thought and attention went into every little detail, from the interior design to the overall atmosphere. Every corner feels carefully designed, and the hotel offers excellent value for money.

But what truly made our stay special was Rose from the front desk!

Rose was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness. She kindly upgraded us to a Deluxe Room, which was beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable.

What impressed us the most was that, despite the hotel not offering room service, Rose personally went out of her way to bring food to our room on two separate occasions, even in the middle of the night!

Every time we walked through the lobby, she greeted us with the biggest smile, made us feel genuinely welcome, and always checked that we had everything we needed.

I really cannot praise Rose enough. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and exceptional hospitality made all the difference. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized!

Cons:

A few areas for improvement:

1. The bed: The bed was incredibly squeaky, making loud creaking noises with even the slightest movement. It was honestly quite frustrating and really affected our comfort.

2. Housekeeping: Daily cleaning was very basic. For a five-night stay, we would have expected more thorough cleaning, especially of the carpets and bathroom sink.

3. Room service: It’s a real shame the hotel doesn’t offer room service, especially after long days when all you want is to relax and enjoy a meal in your room.

4. Location: While central and convenient, the neighborhood has a more urban, hipster vibe rather than the charming, elegant atmosphere of classical Vienna. Something to consider if the surroundings matter to you.

helpful staff, smaller than expected room
Cons:

the room was smaller than expected. there's a motion sensor in the room so if you dont move around much the lights switch off every 20-30 mins. this was quite annoying as they would switch off when we were just reading in bed. and the light switches didnt always work at the 1st click - we had to click the switch on and off a few times to get the lights to turn on/ off. apart from this issue everything else was great.

Все отлично, а завтрак восхитителен! Разместили нас на самом верхнем 6-ом этаже, вид был потрясающий! Отель чистый, удобный, расположение хорошее, единственное плохо что окно нельзя было открыть, и обеспечение (залог) или депозит забыли вернуть в €50, я и сам забыл им напомнить при выселении, но это мелочи, надеюсь вернут потом...

Есть чайник, обувная ложка- то что мне не хватало в другой гостинице.
Даже есть зонтик и тряпочка для обуви :)

Cons:

Единственно что мешала это кровать скрипела и окно выходило на соседнее стену😉
