Pros:

Etablissement propre, bien équipé, assez proche de l’esplanade

Cons:

Un peu difficile de communiquer avec l’établissement pour organiser l’arrivée, appartement situé sur une rue centrale très passante, et donc très bruyante surtout la nuit... pas mal de personnes très alcoolisées aussi dans la rue donc sensation un peu d’insécurité...

Great experienced
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, walking distance to Explanade (boardwalk area), nearby coffee shop called “Maddys” the best coffee and Tacos, not far from hospital and a good size room and kitchen. It takes around 10 minutes to Airport by Taxi.

Convenient for a short stay
Pros:

Late check in was convenient and good location close to the airport. Onsite parking.

Cons:

There were no doonas on the beds which we thought was odd.

Loved it
Pros:

Rebooked for the rest of the week because I liked the place a lot. The hotel is of an age whereas you get a lot features for the acceptance that it is of an age.
The cheap room I got had a single bed in the lounge and a double bed in a somewhat seperate room. Nightly in the hundreds and I got a washing machine. Wow.

Acceptable for the price but a few things need some maintenance.
Pros:

Was very clean, quite spacious with a good layout. Great for a small family. Check in was easy. Keys in a box. Location is good.

Cons:

The air-con blew hot air only. 3 air cons but none of them working. There was no one about to assist. We arrived at 2:30pm and the reception was closed. We were on the noisy side of the building facing the west. Not on the ocean side where there is no road. Was not expecting a spa/shower. Okay for us but if I was a little older or more fragile, good luck trying to have a shower.
