Perfect stay!
Pros:

This place is amazing! Staff is great, breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices and it is really good that the terrace is open till 8pm and you can grab a coffee, cereal, snacks,… absolutely amazing stay!

The Best Stay in Honolulu

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the guest experience was exceptional. The front desk team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us plan both our luau experience and our visit to Pearl Harbor, which made our trip so much easier.

Our room was spotless, and it stayed that way thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team. They did an excellent job every day, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. We also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, which were well maintained and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. The food was delicious, and we loved that there were different dishes each day highlighting local Hawaiian flavors and culture.

The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just steps from Luxury Row, excellent restaurants, and plenty of shopping. Multiple city buses and Waikīkī trolleys stop right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly easy to explore the island without renting a car. You’re also just minutes from several beautiful beaches.

This hotel truly made our trip to Honolulu special. Between the outstanding service, clean accommodations, great amenities, delicious breakfast, and unbeatable location, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Quick Weekend Getaway
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Ralph and Janice were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel right at home and were such genuinely kind people. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amazing Costomer service
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, Quintin and Tyler was so nice !! and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were taken care of during my stay. I truly appreciate their kindness and great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Croix, and I especially want to recognize D’Andrew at the front desk for his outstanding customer service.

From the moment I arrived, check-in was quick, easy, and stress-free. D’Andrew was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and handled everything with a smile. I had a small personal situation during my stay which was not the hotels fault, and he resolved it promptly and professionally without making it feel like an inconvenience.

His positive attitude and genuine kindness made a great first impression and really set the tone for my stay. It’s employees like D’Andrew who make guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for making my visit to Hawaii even more enjoyable!

The property was very clean and the location was great! The breakfast foods were pretty good as well!

Cons:

Some of the employees at this hotel made our stay wonderful, specifically Ralph, D’Andrew, and the cleaning staff, however there were a few employees at the front desk who were incredibly rude. We had an issue during our stay and spoke with the manager and he was so disrespectful and was talking to us like we were children. Him and a few of the other employees truly put a bad taste in our mouths.
