Best bartender ever

John the bartender was incredible.

Pros:

This was an amazing stay!! The staff was incredible we met so many people in their staff like the front desk people and the valets that were all so kind!!! The room was clean and comfortable and the location is amazing just a short walk from a multitude of yummy restaurants and gorgeous beaches!

Ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi per Waikiki e il centro di Honolulu. Difficile parchaggiare se non nei parcheggi multipiano molto cari. Lo stesso parcheggio dell'hotel costa 50€ a notte.

The Best Stay EVER in Honolulu!
Pros:

This hotel may not be beachfront but it is close enough. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. John at the pool bar is funny and attentive. We ran into 2 different managers during our stay and they were friendly and seemed to have a great relationship with their staff. The beds are super plush and comfy as are the pillows. There are smart TV's and the ABC store is just downstairs for anything you may need. The breakfast is also very good and I would recommend that you have it included for the $10 it is available to you. Especially since a breakfast buffet at some of the Waikiki hotels are $65!!!

Service is fantastic, great location
Pros:

Great location! Central to Waikiki, it is in walking distance to the beach, park, and high end malls. Service is amazing! Probably one of the most friendliest, service-oriented hotels I've been to. Special thanks to Janice, who made us feel welcomed from the beginning. The remainder of the staff that helped us with other items were fantastic; Princess and Carlos.

Find Tyler at the front desk!
Pros:

I traveled with my best friend from Tennessee, the trip ended up being almost 24 hours. When we arrived Tyler was one of the kindest people we’ve came across. He welcomed us with a big smile, calm voice, and attentive personality. Making the whole checking process seamless. It’s so nice starting a vacation with a smiling face willing to help through the exhaustion of travel. Tyler was so kind.

Tyler is awesome!
Pros:

Coming from Tennessee I’m used to a small town vibe, dive bar almost. When I got to the bar to order some drinks I expressed my normal requests from my home town to Tyler and without question Tyler immediately made me feel at home. Offered drink/food menus, his favorites and since I’m a beer drinker suggested his favorite! We related on hiking since I came from the Smokey mountain. He’d actually been on a couple I’ve done. He then gave me suggestions of which ones were a must see in the area. Stellar drinks, great conversation, an absolute vibe!
