Pros:

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal, erst wurde mir ein Zimmer direkt über dem Raucherbereich zugewiesen, was aber sofort geändert wurde, als ich mich damit nicht einverstanden zeigte

Pros:

Könnyen megközelíthető, tiszta, kényelmes parkolás, jó reggeli.

Cons:

Az ágy nem volt a legkényelmesebb. Több zöldre számítottam a leírás alapján, ahol a kutyákkal tudunk sétálni, evvel szemben egy forgalmas utca volt, minimális zöldterülettel.

Üzleti útra ajánlott szálláshely.
Pros:

Bőséges és választékos reggeli. Mélygarázs az autónak. Kényelmes ágy, tiszta és szép szoba. Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a repülőtérhez és a Messe Frankfurthoz.

Cons:

Nincs klíma a szobákban. Éjszaka nagyon meleg volt a szobában. A lift nagyon lassú (1996 gyártású).
Nincs minibár, a hűtő sem működött.

Cumple, pero se puede mejorar bastante
Pros:

La habitación es lo mejor del hotel. Es amplia, con espacio de sobra para moverse y para tener la maleta abierta sin que estorbe, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La cama es grande y cómoda, algo que se agradece especialmente en estancias de varios días.

El armario es amplio y permite dejar colgada bastante ropa, cosa que no siempre se da y que en un viaje largo marca la diferencia.

Otro punto muy positivo fue la tranquilidad. Mi habitación daba a la zona del parking y resultó ser muy silenciosa, sin ruido de calle ni movimiento de pasillo. Si valoras el descanso, merece la pena pedir una habitación en esa orientación.

Cons:

Estuve seis noches alojado y, aunque la estancia fue correcta en lo básico, hay varios puntos que creo que el hotel debería revisar.

Limpieza. Entiendo que la política sea cambiar las toallas cada dos días, pero no la comparto: si dejo una toalla en el suelo es porque quiero que la cambien. Volver a encontrármela tendida no me parece higiénico, entre otras cosas porque nadie sabe por qué la he dejado ahí. Más serio me parece el estado del baño: durante los seis días encontré los mismos pelos en el mismo punto del lavabo y del suelo, aun intentando dejar el mínimo de suciedad. Barrer o pasar la aspiradora es lo más elemental en una habitación de hotel y en la mía no se hizo ni un solo día. Se me dirá que debí avisar; creo que estas cosas no se piden, se hacen, y el supervisor responsable debería comprobar que están hechas.

Desayuno. La calidad no está mal, pero la oferta es muy justa para el precio que se paga; algo más de variedad sería razonable. El comedor también se queda corto: con mucha afluencia toca esperar a que quede una mesa libre.

Trato del personal. De las cinco personas que me atendieron, solo una fue amable y cercana. El resto, muy secas, con respuestas tan serias que daba la sensación de estar molestando al preguntar una duda. Puedo entender que haya un componente cultural, pero en un puesto de cara al público ese trato deja bastante que desear.

Entrega de paquetería. Recogí un envío que estaba a mi nombre y el chico de recepción no me pidió identificación, ni el nombre, ni el número de habitación. Le dije que el paquete que tenía detrás era mío y me respondió que lo cogiera. Era algo importante y me quedé con la sensación de que cualquiera podría habérselo llevado.

Son cosas corregibles y por eso las señalo: con unos mínimos de limpieza y algo más de atención en recepción, la estancia habría sido bastante mejor.

Pros:

Wir haben Tulip Inn für eine Nacht im Dreibettzimmer gebucht, weil wir am nächsten Tag einen frühen Flug ab Frankfurt hatten.
Der Preis inkl. Frühstück ist unschlagbar und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht.
Beim Frühstück gibt es eine gute Auswahl. Croissants, Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Hummus, Obst - für jeden ist was dabei.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist direkt an der Straße. Nachts ohne Ohrstöpsel zu laut um gut zu schlafen.

A nice stay for a quick business trip feeling like home!!!

Super position well connected to Frankfurt but out side the chaos and in the middle of nature with all services!! Neu Isenburg is really strategic!!!

Pros:

Das ganze Hotel ist wunderschön und liegt unfassbar angenehm angebunden am Flughafen. Die Zimmer waren super komfortabel, wobei leider das Wetter für ein ganz schön warmes Zimmer gesorgt haben und der Lüfter/Kühlgerät nur bedingt dagegen ankämpfen konnte.

Das Frühstück war ein Schmaus mit tollen Buffet und einem äusserst lieben und zuvorkommenden Personal.

Alles in allem ein wunderbares Hotel mit schöner Gegend.
