The hotel ambience is good. Checking-in is breezy and very well handled by the Manager, MrJay. Appreciate the free flow of coffee, though self-service, in their spacious and brightly lit dining area, especially during our winter stay.
The dubious reason given for not promptly refunding our hotel deposit collected at time of checking in despite adhering correctly to all hotel rules before checking out. It was finally resolved with a written apology from the management and complete refund.

A really well thought out room design and place to spend a night - I like that it's designed to be affordable, but still have everything you have or would want when staying somewhere by yourself - a TV, there are wall plugs by the bed for your phone charger, it's got a bathroom in the unit so very well thought through!
It is quite small, and I definitely wouldn't keep two people in here as there isn't much room for one suitcase let alone two, and if you have to get things in and out. That's less of a dislike and more of an observation (apart from everything being sharp cornered down low, but that's furniture in general). Only complaint would be they use some strange TV remote that is a bit useless at times, seems laggy and glitchy and the TV itself was a little small/old, but these are minor things really.
The check-in staff were absolutely fantastic, the rooms were clean, and the facilities in the room were working. The rooms were very small but reasonably well laid out.
On-site parking was not well advertised and when we arrived we were advised that there were only 10 car spaces available for 65 rooms but fortunately we were able to get a car park
