A Great One-Night Stay!
Pros:

Maui Seaside Hotel was a great stopover for one night! The hotel is a little older, but it was clean, comfortable, and kid-friendly. The staff were incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming.
Fe was wonderful at check-in and made us feel right at home. We asked about getting a microwave for our room, and she immediately arranged to have one sent to our room.
We really appreciated the friendly service and hospitality. I would recommend Maui Seaside Hotel, especially for families looking for a convenient stay near the airport!

Everything was beautiful.
Pros:

I love the poolside area and the service at the front desk. A gentleman with class really impressed me with his customer service. It was our first time at Maui, and I requested a bottom-floor room due to my knee problem. It was granted.

Cons:

The area was convenient and offered a beautiful view. The only problem was that when we requested the hotel shuttle, it wasn't available.

Good but can be better
Pros:

Location is awesome

Cons:

The standard rooms were smelly and they were damp
We wasted 2 hours during check in to inspect different rooms and finally had to upgrade the room to save ourself from horrible smelling rooms
The room keys keeps discharging and you had to wait in long queues to get juts new room key .

Poor Value- Not Recommended
Pros:

I don’t generally enjoy motels, and unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay. We arrived on a late flight from the mainland and just needed a quick overnight before heading to Wailea the next day.

Thank goodness for the very nice female at the front desk that checked us in. She helped us with an upgrade to a renovated room. The room itself was okay, but it had a strong cigarette odor that I did not like. The photos were nicer than the reality, as the room did not feel very clean.

The public areas were dingy and dismal, and we had to carry our bags down some steps in order to reach the elevator of the renovated wing. The crowd of locals at the pool got noisy and rowdy in the evening.

The price for this one night stay was shockingly high, which is basically on par for Maui. However, I expect more for the price, and will not likely return.

Great price and experience for our mini vacation
Pros:

We stayed in their newly renovated room with two queen beds. It was a very beautiful room, very comfortable for my family and I. The pool area was great, its about 3 ft so perfect for my kids , has a water deck with chair for sun bathing and they also had lawn games like giant connect four. The staff were great, very welcoming and accommodating to our needs.
