SAFETY ISSUE!!! BE AWARE!!! The first night our tire got stolen parking at the hotel and the second night someone was caught trying to steal gas from our car in very early morning.

Perfect, perfect perfect
Pros:

The property employees were so welcoming and helpful. The place itself was beautiful and had a direct access to the beach.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that two of the three washing machines were broken, but not a big deal

Staff weren’t friendly, hotel check in was insane and unorganized, room was crappy in random corner of hotel, no views. Gross room. Dusty walls ceiling near bathroom. Microwave and coffee maker falling off tiny shelf in the room. Air conditioner hardly worked. Just uncomfortable all together

Das Hotel liegt am Ozean und ist sehr nahe am Flughafen gelegen.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt begann bereits beim Check-in mit einer Enttäuschung: Das Empfangspersonal war vorrangig mit einem Gespräch unter Kollegen beschäftigt, anstatt den Ankunftsprozess zügig voranzutreiben. Unangenehm fiel zudem auf, dass die Rezeptionistin einen Mitarbeiter fragte, ob das zugewiesene Zimmer «schon wieder frei» sei – ein Hinweis darauf, dass Gäste mit nur einer Übernachtung möglicherweise gezielt in weniger attraktiven Zimmern untergebracht werden.

Das erhaltene Zimmer wich erheblich von den Fotos auf der Buchungsplattform ab. Die Einrichtung stammt erkennbar aus dem letzten Jahrtausend und macht einen stark veralteten, abgewohnten Eindruck. Im Detail: Ein circa 20 Zoll kleiner Fernseher, ein Ventilator, der sich nicht vollständig ausschalten lässt, sowie eine Dusche, die buchstäblich aus der Wand fällt. Einzig die Klimaanlage ist als positiver Punkt hervorzuheben.

Hinzu kommt, dass der Hotelparkplatz gebührenpflichtig ist – ein Umstand, der in der Hotelbeschreibung kaum erwähnt wird und unvorbereitet trifft.

Ich rate dringend von einem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ab und empfehle, sich für eine vergleichbare Preisklasse nach Alternativen umzusehen.

Au check in : la réceptionniste voulait nous facturer les fees, que nous avions déjà payés via Booking ; attention de bien surveiller ce que l'hôtel vous prélève sur la carte
Chambre très, très veillotte ; fenêtre de la salle de bain cassée qui ne ferme pas ; avec tout le bruit de la route qui rentre
Problème de canalisation
Lit double très petit : la taille ne correspond pas à celui d'un lit double ; jamais vu un lit si petit
Environnement très venteux ; pas plus tester la piscine
Parking : facturé $25 / jour ; mais même pas de place sur le parking ! une honte ! obligés de se garer ailleurs !

The room was very, very outdated; the bathroom window was broken and wouldn't close, and there was a lot of road noise coming in.
There was a plumbing problem.
The double bed was very small: it wasn't the size of a double bed; I've never seen a bed so small.
The environment was very windy; we didn't even try the pool.
Parking: charged $25/day, but there weren't even any spaces available! It's a disgrace! We had to park elsewhere!

I loved everything but the stairs. But I’m definitely coming back in November.
Pros:

I loved how conveinient the Location was. And how close our Room was to the front. The Staff was Awesome the front desk was so accommodating. Check in was very fast. I had asked if I could have some ice for my little cooler. Because I had to transport Leis. They were so helpful even gave me a plastic bag for the Ice. They were Awesome!

Cons:

The Only thing I didn’t care for was the Stairs. I knew about it from other reviews until I experienced it in person. But I wasn’t too bad.

Memorable
Pros:

The staff was very courteous. The property location was beyond our expectation. The property set up was very good. We were in touching distance of the ocean. Our room was a bit small but had the best location. Also saw their refurbished rooms which was very well done up and spacious. Had pre-booked another hotel hence had to check out. Given an option, I would love to stay at the property again and plan for more relaxing and scenic days at the property

Rooms are outdated for the price.
Pros:

The lobby and pool area was really cute. The staff was very nice too. I liked the fire pits by the pools. The pool chairs were also very comfortable.

Cons:

I felt like it was overpriced for the quality of the room. It reminded me of on old motel 6. The lobby and exterior is updated, but not the rooms. There was a kitchen in the room but all the drawers and cabinets are empty. We asked the front desk for glasses so we could have something to drink, but they did not have any to provide. I also didn’t think it was necessary to charge $30 to park. The price was too high for the condition of the room and lack of basic essentials like a glass.
