Pros:

Great location with plenty of dinning options as well as shopping. Staff was very helpful. Asked for broken toilet seat to be replaced and it was done immediately.

Cons:

Lots of repairs to entire hotel makes for unclean appearance. Elevators looked like still being repaired and unfinished but were useable. Breakfast Buffett did not look very appetizing.

Not all rooms are good, there was a smell in the corridors, it’s the kind of smell that’s old and rotten.
Pros:

I liked the room where i stayed in 11th floor, I was forced to move to other floor/room because it was better.

Cons:

The rooms in 10th floor it was creepy, dark and feels like dirty and dusty. The ambiance was not good and the Guestroom corridor is so hot there is no AC.
All the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear the noise from the outside ground up to the highest floor, there was this street bands playing every afternoon and you will hear it from inside your room even with closed windows or doos.

Pros:

The rooms need upgrading…first room assigned to us smelled like some sprayed something, electric wires exposed, bathroom had grouts that appeared badly finished. When asked for a replaced room, staff gladly assigned another room. The replacement though better but shower had shower head that had little to no water and ant times even no hot water. Bottom line I don’t recommend this hotel…u should remove from ur list since could ruin ur reputation.
