Pros:

The location was unbeatable, with top attractions like Trinity College and prime shopping areas just a short walk away. Plus, being steps from the Dublin Express bus stop made getting to and from the airport effortless, and the room was cleaned everyday.

Cons:

For a 4-star price point, the lack of basic amenities like an in-room mini fridge, along with a broken bathroom door (which was fixed only after we reported), was disappointing. And, with one of the two elevators out of order, guests and staff had to share the single working lift to move supplies (particularly in early afternoon), resulting in long waits. For this price point, functioning infrastructure and standard conveniences are expected.

A very comfortable stay in a luxurious hotel with helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel was brilliant. In a great, central location to see the delights of Dublin. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a vast selection of delicious food.

Verder fantastisch verblijf
Pros:

Personeel in de lobby, restaurants zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het reinigen van de kamers liet soms te wensen over, moeten vragen om water voor op de kamer(niet automatisch aangevuld). En de airco in de kamer is niet fatsoenlijk te regelen en staat recht op het bed gericht

Cons:

Nos obligaron a cargar una garantía en el check-in un 25% superior al coste previsto del alojamiento, luego el día posterior al check-out, en vez de devolvernos el 25% de diferencia, nos cargaron el propio coste, sin haber devuelto la garantía 5 días después, tengo por tanto un cargo adicional del 125% del coste y mi tarjeta de crédito, que evidente se ha bloqueado. He reclamado por email, y 24 horas después en día laborable no han contestado. No hay derecho de obrar así y además no atenderte.

Pros:

Some of the staff were excellent. However the night staff were pretty poor.

Cons:

Everything goes downhill at around 11.30am. Once the night time staff take over, you are made to feel unwelcome. They just want you to go to bed. We are on holiday. In our 4 nights I spent north of €1000 on food and drinks , but they don't care.

Stay generally was good, we stayed only one night and found so many gabs for for such a short stay. For example morning

Very good location. Nice decore. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Some of the staff was over expectations and very helpful and some of the staff very rude. As part of price parking promised valeting included ( as they offer car valet over the website and in hotel entrance too ) and car wasn’t touched. I especially asked as I thought car valet is extra pay and I wouldn’t mind to pay extra if they are offering and I was told in reception valet is included already in price for parking, but it never happened.
Ordered room service for two pizzas very late in night and as it was girls trip, some of us already have been after shower and wanted to pick up our food at the door of the room , the night porter strolled in middle of the bedroom even I told him twice “it’s ok to leave it at the door”. I only had a top and underwear and one of my friend was wrapped in towel only, very uncomfortable situation which make all our stay very disappointed. I felt very unsecured. And as only happens not even 24hrs ago since I’m writing this, still feeling very disgusted by the situation.

As I stayed in so many hotels before for much longer time and less money this never experienced.

We definitely will be back in Dublin but definitely won’t be back in Trinity. Very sorry for few people have loosing the reputation as it looks good for first sight

部屋に戻ったら別のキーカード室内のキーボクスに刺さったまま放置されていた。
翌日も同様だったのでフロントに届けた。
クリーンスタッフの忘れ物かと思われたが、セキュリティの面で少し不安になった。
