Great service - especially from Alberto!
Pros:

This was a great hotel. The location was perfect, it's beautiful, and everyone was very helpful and attentive.
Alberto made our stay extra special. He took care of us at dinner the first night we were there and it made us want to eat there every night. He truly knows how to make guests feel special and taken care of! Top notch service! Everyone in the three generations of my family that were there would agree.

Excellent Service
Pros:

Great experience! My wife and I arrived at 6AM and as soon as we entered and checked in, Vincent made us feel right at home, grabbing us coffee as soon as we sat down. It was exactly what we needed after a 6 hour red eye flight.

Best Dublin Location
Pros:

This is a great hotel. We loved everything about our stay!

Let's start with the location. It's just a short stroll across the street to Trinity College, and from there you can easily walk to Grafton Street and St. Stephen's Green. We didn't have time to get to Temple Bar, but that's only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel as well. The location really couldn't have been better for us.

The staff at reception was amazing. Brendan, in particular, was so kind, friendly, helpful and patient, while also being incredibly professional. He made us feel very welcome.

We had a family room with a queen bed and two twin beds, one on either side. The room was unexpectedly large, which was such a pleasant surprise, and the four of us were very comfortable. The lobby is also lovely and welcoming.

I really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here and would absolutely stay again.

And if you do stay here, make sure you walk over to Bewley's Oriental Café for a coffee, and stop for lunch at The Bailey, one of Dublin's historic pubs. They have a lovely outdoor café, and John, the manager, made sure we had a great experience there as well.

A wonderful stay in a terrific Dublin location!

Last Dinner in Ireland with Alberto
Pros:

Alberto helped our family during our final dinner in Ireland, and he gave us the best service we experienced during our entire 10-day trip. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and especially wonderful with our kids. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. After an amazing trip through Ireland, Alberto helped make our last evening especially memorable. It was the perfect way to end our vacation. Thank you, Alberto!

Great hotel, brilliant location!
Pros:

My mum, 2 kids and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel just a few days ago.
The location of the hotel is super, less than 4 minute walk to bottom of Grafton Street, 8 mins to Henry Street and less than 15mins to the Bord Gais theatre.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very busy but nothing was a bother.

Our rooms were super! We booked twin rooms. We also were lucky enough to have one of the rooms upgraded to a suite. Room 370, wow! Perfect for a family. So much space, 2 bathrooms, 1 single, 1 double and 1 king size bed.

The twin room was also super. Very spacious for a Dublin City centre hotel room!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location even though city centre Dublin is not a nice place with so many addicts around. Nice start by offering the Prosecco. Room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Trinity City Hotel. The location is fantastic; very central and within easy walking distance of many of Dublin’s main attractions, restaurants, and pubs. The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed, although the bathroom layout was a little unusual and not our favorite. Overall, a very good stay and a great choice if you’re looking for a convenient location in the heart of Dublin.

SUPERIOR HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN THE HEART OF DUBLIN
Pros:

The Trinity City Hotel is wonderfully located a short 7 minute walk from the Dublin (Busaras) Bus Station next to Connolly Train Station.
The Les Clefs d’Or Concierge Kenneth gave us a truly wonderful welcome and the atmosphere and buzz of Visitors and Tourists was truly international.
We had a great check in experience with all explained and sorted in a very short time.
The lovely gentleman at the Reception took the additional steps to show us to our beautiful room- such a personal and 5 Star welcome to a truly wonderful Hotel.
There are lots of additional features that make this location so special- Wonderful Air Conditioning; Lots of Water in the Room; Excellent Coffee Machine; Fridge and welcome Chocolates. Bathroom and Shower facilities were superb with lots of Towels and Amenities.
The Hotel has an excellent reputation for providing outstanding customer service in relation to Tourists and Visitors alike. The recommendations that they provide are fantastic and with this Hotel location so central to all the top attractions, it is truly a MUST VISIT LOCATION.
The Food and Service in the Hotel was outstanding both in the evening and during the busy Breakfast Service. The Staff were dealing with a large number of visitors and Guests in such a professional manner with the Tables being turned round with such precision and without any fuss. It was particularly noted how engaging all the Staff were during our visit and always wanting to make sure that everyone had a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.
Dublin is most definitely a very popular and busy City. To have this lovely Hotel location currently available to visit is indeed a great privilege.
This has been one of the best Hotel experiences that we have had while visiting this beautiful City.
Thank you to all the Management and Staff for such a lovely experience. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EXCELLENT HOTEL.
