Perfect location with comfortable beds
Pros:

The beds are so comfortable and loved the big pillows! Air-conditioning was much needed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was great to have our car parked away for us too. Didn't have to find parking. The location is perfect! Definitely staying here again.

Cons:

Our room had a leak from something and the floors were really wet. Shower maybe needs to be updated. Not sure if that's just our room tho

Lovely Stay
Pros:

Staff were ALL friendly, attentive, helpful and the upgrade and towel sculpture for our Golden Wedding Anniversary was a lovely gesture. Thank-you for a lovely stay.

Cons:

Scrambled Eggs to runny..
Everything else. Including the food was lovely.

Très bien !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très très bien situé : à 2 pas du Trinity Colledge, et à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de Temple Bar, en plus, il est très proche des arrêts de la navette Dublin Express pour atteindre l'aéroport.
La chambre était très calme et donnait sur la cour intérieure (parking des pompiers mais c'est très calme quand même durant la nuit), le petit-déjeuner buffet offre le choix pour déjeuner salé ou sucré. Le personnel était très gentil et attentionné;

An oasis in the city
Pros:

I have had an amazing experience. Starting with check in ANAI , friendly and great service. We were missin luggage and they were quick to offer amenities and ideas. Slight glitch with room, but manager MICHELLE, handled it above and beyond. Lastly, went to pub restaurant and again great service and great food. Perfect portions and not outrageous prices like you expect at a hotel. DANI, our server was amazing with my gluten allergies and just a pleasure to meet!!! I already recommended an associate to move to this hotel
