A gem of a hotel 🏨
Pros:

A little gem of a hotel , myself and my friend booked this hotel when we went to see Jesus Christ Superstar, the most wonderful friendly staff from the minute we got there to the minute we checked out ...an extra special thank you to Manpreet a lovely smiley girl who couldn't do enough for us .We had the most amazing afternoon tea ...it was absolutely delicious 😋 compliments to the chef again😌 ...Manpreet served us with delicious freshly made sandwiches 🥪 cakes 🥮 🍥 savory quiche, freshly made scones with all the trimmings

The room was spotless compact
And comfortable 😌 ☺️

Breakfast, WOW!! Everything was so fresh a variety of fresh fruit meats pastries, and the cooked breakfast was just wonderful
again we were looked after by Manpreet ...by now we have a new friend 🧡 ....all in all ,A lovely friendly clean hotel near to thertre land thanks a million for making our stay so lovely 😍
Until the next time, I would book his hotel again in a heartbeat

Super W1 pit stop
Pros:

Good sized room with a comfy bed. Nicely laid out
Staff provided a big bottle of ice cold water due to the very hot weather. Little touches like that go a long way when proactively thinking of guests.

Cons:

En suite is a bit small. Shower cubicle on the smaller side (shower was a good shower though)

Loved it, can’t wait to go again!
Pros:

Brilliant location, fantastic staff, clean, modern rooms good quality bedding, towels toiletries etc. really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and revisit.

Cons:

Nothing, rooms are compact but to be expected for the price and location

Pros:

The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a triple room and the size was perfect for our short stay in London. The air conditioned room and large bottles of cold water were just what we needed after a day of shopping.in the extreme heat. We will definitely stay here again.

Hôtel pour passer un bon séjour
Pros:

Chambre et salle de bain très agréables, l'emplacement est parfait car c'est un quartier proche de nombreux endroits que j'apprécie. Le petit déjeuner nous avait décidé à choisir cet hotel (continental et anglais) et il répondait aux promesses!

Cons:

Un matin réveillé avant 7h par des voisins qui conversaient en hurlant, 20 à 30 min...ce n'est pas la responsabiité de l'hotel juste un problème de savoir vivre... :)

Perfect hotel and team
Pros:

Perfect tranquil discrete location within 10 mins of Oxford St tube. Room size was as expected and as shown on picture, great shower and clean.Breakfast and public areas exceeded expectations. All staff welcoming and helpful. We hope to return.
