I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The location was prime for walkability and access to restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the elevator was down a few times in our stay making it difficult for a member of our family with mobility issues.

Perfect for what we wanted i.e. access to key parts of the city - easy to get to and from.
Pros:

Staff very helpful. Room neat and tidy if not exactly spacious. Location really good for subway system and Oxford Street and shops....

A little gem of a hotel
Pros:

This was a real find and a real gem! The staff were so kind and accommodating and could not have been more welcoming. The room, although small, was beautifully comfortable and immaculately clean. The location could not have been better either. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel - thank you all. Angie and Matthew

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt über weite Strecken sehr abgewohnt und alles ist sehr klein. Das Bad ist klein aber modernisiert. Die Bilder lassen alles größer, heller und moderner wirken. Der Schreibtisch stand so, dass man nur im Bett sitzend arbeiten konnte. Das WLAN war nur mittelmäßig. Für eine Geschäftsreise nicht optimal.
