Beautiful, clean, and affordable hotel with amazing staff.
Pros:

This hotel was gorgeous, clean, and the people working there were so sugary sweet. I would come stay again and again. They also gave complimentary Zapp's chips to welcome you which was a lovely welcome to New Orleans as someone from Philly visiting for the first time!

Cons:

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included despite the booking website saying it was. I don't mind that it wasn't free, I just wish booking.com accurately represented that ahead of time so I would have saved up more money.

Good location and overall stay, but the sewer smell and nightime noise were disappointing

The sewer smell was unpleasant, and quiet hours were not enforced. Some guests were loud at night, including in the pool, which disrupted other customers

Overall it was a good stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly and very help the entire stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant that was connected was fantastic.

Cons:

The courtyard was over run with rats and roaches. I also didn’t have consistent cleaning of my room

Pros:

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The room is comfortable and the location of the hotel is perfect for getting around. I'd really recommend to stay there.

Breakfast has little choice, especially if you don't like savory options, but is ok.

The location was great, the staff at the front was very helpful, and room was super cute! I love the walkin shower!

Cons:

I would really appreciate free parking to be added, or at leaast the cost up front $43 a night was a bit much!

We love it here!
Pros:

The location was wonderful! Close enough to walk to the river shops or to Bourbon Street. The staff were the absolute best. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the staff took care of us and made sure we had a room for the night. They made great recommendations for restaurants and music. We also loved the amount of history and preservation of the building. The room was very comfortable but it wasn’t a cookie cutter boring chain. We also appreciated being close to everything, but this area is quiet at night. We are both sensitive sleepers, and we had fantastic sleep this trip.

Cons:

The breakfast seemed disorganized.
