Nice location for the price and charming well decorated room
Pros:

Great location, small pool but nice they had one.
Hotel is right opposite a carpark lot which can be purchased separately for a saving or through the hotel as that is where they use.

Cons:

Ice machine broken and looked like had been for a while

It’s a 3 star hotel. Don’t expect too much, and everything will be fine.
Pros:

Excellent location in the central business district, close to several good restaurants, breakfast places, and an easy walk to many main attractions.

Cons:

Our experience of housekeeping and front desk staff wasn’t the best. At check-in we were given a free packet of crisps (potato chips). Kinda odd; water would have been more welcome, and there were 2 of us. We stayed 3 nights and received one set of fresh towels 2 nights in, piled on the. Bathroom counter. Trash was never emptied, coffee pods not replaced. Had to make 2 visits to the front desk for more pods as no one was present on Saturday evening (we waited at least 5-10 mins).

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Honestly, everyone was so nice. It’s a good location near, but not in, the Quarter. The room was spacious, and we appreciated having the mini fridge.

Cons:

The walls are quite thin, so our first morning we woke to our neighbor’s TV, which was seemingly turned up to 11 at 7am, and a crying baby that was definitely more than two rooms away. The bar, that is supposed to be open from 4-10 or 11pm, never had the lights on, and the bar tender was hard to find. Also, the “plunge pool” is more of a fountain. There is an inner courtyard that could be cute, but we got locked in or out both times we went through. The elevator is horribly slow, and the only stairs are an emergency exit that is pretty gross. If you’re expecting a motel, it’s nice. But it’s priced like a 4-star. We stayed 5 nights, and while housekeeping did replace fresh towels and make the bed daily, we had to request that they take out our garbage and provide clean coffee cups and drinking glasses.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of New Orleans
Pros:

The staff were wonderful! I was able to check in early and felt very welcomed right away. My king room was big and comfortable. I also really liked the location, it was close to everything. There was construction outside my window which got very loud at times but I know it’s not the hotel’s fault and they can’t do anything about it. I was missing a hairdryer and called the front desk about it. Within 5 minutes one was brought up to me. All in all I had a great time here.

Good location but will stay elsewhere next visit to Nola
Pros:

Good location a couple blocks from French Quarter and near restaurants in business district. Facility itself is nice if it were being maintained.

Cons:

Property is suffering from poor or absent management. Housekeeping is hit and miss; towels were changed daily, but bed made only half our 7 nt stay and sheets never changed, floors were dirty on arrival and never cleaned. Ice machine wasn't working. Small pool is not heated, and pool area not maintained. Breakfast was marginal but Terrance made us feel welcome each morning. On his day off, other staff were untrained and seemed annoyed by imposition of guests. Other staff were observed working, were friendly, but lacking in leadership and support.
