I really enjoyed my stay and would come back again.
Pros:

Apartment was well located for my purpose, as I was attending a Speech Pathology Australia Conference.
It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was great, TV and air-conditioning worked well.
A fairly generous supply of tea and coffee was provided.
Pleasant lobby and a good location to access Broadbeach shops, restaurants, the beach and the parks and surf life club nearby.

Cons:

A box of tissues, and more tea and coffee, along with some biscuits would be nice.

Hot shower with good water pressure

Staff were rude at check in
Only drinkable water sorce was from a rusted tap in bathroom
Could hear everything in the next room as well as the traffic and base from the local strip club even with the balcony door closed

Great location, just bring your ear plugs.
Pros:

The location was perfect, so close to everything.

Cons:

It was very noisy. The regular glass windows and doors did nothing to keep the noise out. The room faced the highway, so the traffic was noisy and a garbage truck cam down the Lakeway every morning at 6am.
