Great location and amenities
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious with all the amenities we required. The building all though aged has been well maintained. The heated pool ,spa and sauna where great . All up there is 3 pools with different heights for different age groups.

Relaxing holiday, great location and facilities

Cons:

Pros:

Perfect location. Loved the pool and gym area and the room was clean.

Cons:

Only issue was the lack of sound proofing. I stayed for a week and one night the room next door were partying loudly for hours; another night there was a lot of arguing going on which was uncomfortable

Good location but noisy.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very accommodating with my late check-in. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the G:link stop.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was very noisy from the street below. Although the music stopped around 10:30 pm each night, the noise was enough that I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Midweek winter break was perfect here with access to all activities rain or sunshine!

Location and nearby transport.
Access to restaurants and supermarket.
Easy walk to Pacific Fair and transport to any location was easy.
Could not fault service of staff whether on phone, email or in person.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite small for four people.
Drain in shower was loaded and needs cleaning out properly.
Rubbish bin in bathroom all brittle and broken.
