Comfortable well located hotel.
Cost of room service food was very high. Just wanted a light meal but setvice fee sent cost sky-rocketing. Too many construction vehicles making parking access difficult.
The window opened for fresh air, which is wonderful.
Staff were lovely.
I was unwell overnight, and a restaurant lady gave me 1 piece of toast and Vegemite. Very compassionate and caring.

The black tea in the room was terribly weak. I needed 2 bags for a cup. 😅

The beds were comfy. Location was good. I could walk to the cbd in 10-15 mins. Nice restaurants nearby.
The room was clean when I first got there but they didn't clean my room properly between nights. They only made the beds and changed the towels. Bathroom floor was dustier after each day. Used glasses, teapot and cups were not changed for nights until specially requested. The guest laundry was not clean even after complaints.

Currently being renovated. As a result, very limited parking and the parking cost $30.00/day. The room we had as a studio was very small. The roof area was closed and the pool was closed.
