renovation, difficulty pick up and drop off at reception
The property whilst being upgrade was excellent and the location was quiet & perfect for our stay.

The hotel was getting renovations done and there were workmen inside and out, ladders & equipment to walk around

Also the rooftop was closed
The breakfast was a bit pricey at $80 for 2

Very run down rooms. Water smelt really bad, like it had bacteria in it. Charged a lot for what the quality was

Pay for parking and not pay enough parking spaces, facilities were out of service which was fine but the TV was complicated to use
Great staff and location. There are renovations happening but the dinning room shows how this place will look very soon. Its going to be particularly nice.

Close to everything and clean
Very good experience, staff are fantastic, particularly in Kin.
Obviously currently being renovated, which detracted a little, but only visually and lack of access to pool & rooftop, however the experience overall was good enough that we plan to return when new facilities are open and renovations completed, to experience the venue when its all completed
