Location was only thing which we liked
Swimming pool is under construction & also no proper gym so a 4 star hotel without above amenities is not ideal
Very friendly staff and good location with great views of the city and river. Staff was transparent about potential construction noises.
Lacking in room amenities, odd shower head and lumpy pillows.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.
The heater in our room was not working, so it was extremely cold and uncomfortable throughout our stay. We also found that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our arrival, which was quite disappointing.
We hope the hotel improves its maintenance and housekeeping standards so future guests can enjoy a better experience.
The room had a great view and location, it was also very affordable.
During the entry into the room there was a very sharp smell of what seemed to smell like vomit. It was very sharp and quite extensive during the entry. Bathroom smelled a little like cigarettes. But the stench was unbearable. Thankfully you could not smell it near the bed.

Staff were terrific. They should be acknowledged next team meeting the hotel does.
You need to update the rooms and especially the bathroom. Lighting is bad and the shower/bath is too small and water is everywhere on the floor after a shower. It's dangerous.
Bed was super comfy, and the ventilation/aircon was just fine.

The room was very well appointed and clean, I loved the addition of the premium coffee and tea. The staff were lovely and efficient. Their new restaurant is a win, and 20% off the bill for staying there was a nice bonus. Parking is affordable and easy to come by, and yea, just fantastic value for money overall.
Honestly not much, I'm tall so I tend to see some dust in high places, but that's pretty standard so I'm not bothered.

Room was very well sized, staff were really friendly and helpful. Wish things like the pool etc were open later.
Given the renovations that are in progress I think the price should have been a bit lower than what I paid.
