Nothing in the bar fridge, didn't give me the 20% discount for the restaurant, I had to ask for it the next morning, not enough written info in the room, room service options very limited and hard to navigate

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

We chose to stay at the point for a quick getaway and we were so pleasantly surprised. The room we were in had a beautiful veiw of the city and the room itself had been renovated since our last stay. We loved our stay and would recommend. The restaurant also looked lovely but we found it too expensive.

Good hotel, great location
Pros:

Have stated many times. Hotel is in a great location, easy access to the city, valley and both north and south suburbs. Have been upgrading the rooms slowly over the last few years. New format restaurant looks good however the pricing seems overly high for both dinner and breakfast particularly when you consider the food options just a short walk away.
