Location is fantastic- the new Resturant and Bar KIN has a wonderful atmosphere for a drink or meal.
A nice Margarita or glass of wine at the bar was a nice way to finish the day.
Some rooms aircon is not great-

Renovations spoilt our stay; restaurant closed, pool closed. Eating on the roof top bar very ordinary, pub food at best.

Was clean, functional. Beautiful views perfect set up for a stay. Staff were friendly and happy to help.
The only thing I didn’t like was the location of the door stop in the bathroom. Very easy to kick toe on (which happened multiple times haha)
The room was actually very nice and modern. Bed was comfortable. 24hr check in is really handy as well as room service was fast. Had spare blankets and pillows which I've found lately is rare. Good little study nook with desk to get work done. Very spacious room. Good amount of hanging space.
Not very well identifiable from the road. It was dark and late at night and I didn't see any signs at road level that I was in the right place. Housekeeping came after my first night and half cleaned my room, gave me a new towel and emptied the bin but didn't make the bed or put a new bag in the bin and just left it out in the middle of the bathroom. The shower head is awful to use, basically just a mist. Lighting was very dim

The room was spacious, seperate loounge and bedroom. The balcony was nice, and nice to have 2 speerate doors to it.
The bathroom is dated, and the lounge a bit pokey / dark.
Easy check in with friendly reception staff. Room was lovely. Like it was easy to cast netflix etc
Location was great.Loved the story Bridge hotel near by and lovely walk to grey St (approx 2.5km) but mostly flat
