Good size room, with a balcony, staff were friendly and helpful overall. Restaurant was on point and incredible
Paying for parking, lack of parking that you paid for, having a shower curtain which is just gross. Overall everything else was great
The pillows and bed are lovely. The rooms are well maintained and very clean.
The renovations at the moment are making it challenging for guests to enter in and out of the hotel, driveway etc.

Location great, spacious rooms, lovely toiletries (but they weren't standard - I switched rooms and preferred the toiletries in the first room) View from 2nd room lovely across to the river. Reception staff
Understandably a number of things because the hotel is undergoing renovations some areas were off limits like roof top. Standard of cleaning by housekeeping was sub par especially in the bathrooms. Didn't like the shower fixture or the lights which didn't work - another housekeeping oversight.
Parking was full but I managed to find a spot, beds are always comfortable, room facilities are great

We have been staying here for many years now and always felt at home. The staff have all been welcoming and caring.
Things have drastically changed. All new staff, this is definitely not the welcoming hotel that it was, I felt nowhere near as welcomed or comfortable. I fear things are changing to a more corporate environment
the most comfortable bed I have ever tried! everything was clean
it was having some renovations and the lobby was a bit messy, but not a problem
