Prices a Minus
Pros:

Shower was spraying all over the place. TV worked on chaneel 7 and ABC only. Food in Kin restaurant although tasty is very highly priced, with small portions. Buffet breakfast Is $55.00 per head. Story Bridge Hotel has similar but less formal for $22.00

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Great water flow and water pressure in the shower. Location has handy for walking to town. Caught an Uber just once - otherwise wandered around by foot (weather was cool and clear).

Cons:

We were warned about the construction work going on. As expected. Weird stairs when approaching the building by foot, coming off Lambert Street. It was good to be able to get the building without walking on the driveway but the step-and-tread spacing was perhaps non-standard(?) - challenging especially at the end of a long walk. Could not figure out how to turn the light down/off at night for the in-room phone. Ended up unplugging it.

A pleasant hotel although difficult to get a good nights sleep.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Hotel is located very close to busy roads and the noise was quite loud given that the windows were not double glazed.
