That it was close to Disneyland and shops.
The property didn’t state it was a 50USD deposit per day. The elevators were out of order which made it inconvenient to transport luggage up and down the stairs.
It’s close to a coffee bean and not a far walk to Disney park.

Our room was pretty dirty and we found a bug on the bed also we were checking out and the lady said you can still park here no charge and they still charged me
It was fairly close to everything
I felt the coils in the bed. Mu hips hurt from the worn out mattress. The room stunk and was musty. The pillows were hard. The shower didnt get very hot. The pool and spa were gross and stunk of pee
Great location for a trip to Disneyland. Very walkable.
Front desk told me that the parking fee was included in my total bill. I was later charged $140 for parking, even though I was explicitly told I wouldn’t be. Feels very insulting to be lied to.
Great location to Disneyland. My family was able to walk to the parks.
The rooms were not that clean. My wife ended up having to clean the room by wiping everything down to clean up dust and sanitize all high touch areas and the beds and such. Also the parking was small with very little selection.

Our sink started pouring out water and flooded the whole bathroom area
I think they simply didn't honor the agreed-upon charges. The amount to pay for the days I was supposed to stay was less than 8,000 Mexican pesos, but when it came time to pay, I had to pay more than 12,000 Mexican pesos. I think this difference of 4,000 pesos is an excessive amount, and it doesn't seem fair that the information on Booking.com is false or incorrect, since one looks for the best options to save money on their vacation, and this wasn't one of those occasions.
Portofino is always clean and the staff is friendly. It’s very close to Disney so that’s always a plus.
The hotel is now charging for parking.
