Close to Disney Park.
Very hot water.
Awesome body wash, shampoo dispenser.

I liked how close it is to cvs and 711.
Rooms are dirty, Very worn down and the sheets were ripped. Walls need repainting, rooms weren’t even cleaned properly. Also when I booked this place booking.com stated. “Free parking” that was a complete lie. They charge 30 bucks per day. And lastly the elevator next to the lobby needs to be reprogrammed we stayed on the 3rd floor and the elevator would get stuck going back and forth from the second and third floor.
Very accessible to Disney and quiet.
I specifically booked this hotel because it said parking was free. But when I got to the hotel, apparently they had just changed their mind and now charge $30 a night! That’s kind of steep and I also would have appreciated a heads up like an email or some form of communication. Not after a 5 hour drive.
The room was OK. The walls were kinda dirty, the pillows sucked, and it took awhile for the a/c to go down even a couple of degrees.
I would probably stay again (as long as there are no more surprises) but the rooms need a little bit of extra attention and something like adding additional costs should be mentioned prior to the stay.
I liked the location. The actual bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.
If you don’t book a family room you do NOT get a microwave. You have to go to the lobby to use the hotel microwave. Also the hotel had a weird poop like smell and weird fruit like flies inside my hotel room.
Great location!
I was under the impression that parking was free
Walking distance to the theme park also the gift store is the best not to sure if that involves you guys
Wasn’t a big dislike just wish it was a little bit dated
Walking distance to Disneyland!
A 7 min de disney caminando
The space was good
i feel it has to be more cleaning like room service.
The staff was sweet.
The room had multiple broken things and many issues. The blow dryer didnt work and I tried plugging it into different outlets, the phone didnt work when I needed to call the front deak because the shampoo, conditioner and body soap were completely empty AND the shower was dirty and had dirty floors. The lamp that had a USB port, was had multiple stains and the USB didnt work. The light switch wouldn't turn on the light. Ive stayed here multiple times and never been so disappointed.
Close to Disney and very affordable
The beds are cheap but did the trick. Old and run down but we were hardly there so no big deal
The only thing I liked about the property was the location.
We have stayed there many times and have had good experiences. I don’t know if you Management changed but our experience this time around was horrible. You stayed there for three days and I told him that I wanted to clean towels every day and trash picked up and we had neither I had to call every day to get any type of service. The telephones did not work we DoorDash food and had to keep calling me down to the lobby off our personal phones. The tubs were not working properly. We couldn’t take the kids a bath because none of the plugs worked in the showers. And overall the room was dirty. I had to use disinfectant wipes to wipe things down.
I traveled on my moto and they had a special covered motorcycle parking spot for me. This is outstanding. They also held my luggage for me after I checked out so I could go into Disneyland that morning/afternoon. The staff on this my 3rd visit to the Portofino was once again next level friendly and helpful.
The location was good. But the rooms are a little outdated. The lobby looks modern looks recently renovated then you get to the room and it’s like oh lol. The major plus was that you only have to pay $15 to keep your vehicle parked in property after checking out.
The bathroom in the family suit wasn’t the cleanest. There was a bunk bed in the suit and it was dirty around the railings.
