No hicieron limpieza de las camas, el hotel no tiene lobby de espera.

駅の目の前で便利な立地
Pros:

メトロ駅が目の前でバスターミナルへも近い。
コンビニがすぐそばに2軒あり、露天のタコス屋や道路を渡った先に飲食店があるので飲食には困らず。
W杯期間だったからか、セントロでも治安には問題がなかった。

Cons:

シャワーがちょろちょろとしか出ず、髪や体を洗うのに時間がかかります。
備品はバスタオルのみでグラスはなく歯磨きの際に不便でした。
車通りに面した部屋だったためクラクションの音が聞こえた。

満足です。
Pros:

フロントスタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。
特に夜勤で働いていた英語を話す男性。
昼間の女性二人も言葉が通じなくても一生懸命説明してくれた。
公共のスペースも清潔感があって良かった。

Cons:

メキシコのホテル滞在は初めてでしたが部屋の掃除が行き届いていなかったと感じました。
トルティーヤチップスなどが床に落ちていた。

Estaba asquerosamente sucio tanto las instalaciones como el cuarto, tenìan cucarachas y ratas. Lleguè un dìa antes de mi reservación por motivos de trabajo, al ver el estado deplorable del lugar decidí cancelar mi reservación, el equipo de booking.com super amables y atentos, sin embargo la cancelación y reembolso paecial de mi reservación ya quedaba en manos del Hotel Son-Mar, quienes simplemente dijeron no haber recibido la solicitúd de cancelación a pesar de mostrarles correos y el status desde la app de Bookimg.com, por lo que nunca se realizó la cancelación, mucho menos el reembolso que me correspondìa, fué un robo!

Sirve para pernoctar si lujos
Pros:

Su ubicación. solucionaron rápidamente falla de telefono control sin pilas no reportaron la reservacion pretendían cobrar otra vez.

Cons:

Las afueras un poco sucias, el mobiliario muy básico, servirían unos cajones, el Internet muy lento e intermitente.
