Bien, pero algún inconveniente
Pros:

La habitación estaba bien en general. Se esforzaron por arreglar el problema.

Cons:

No funcionaba la TV. Estuve hablando con su soporte a través de WhatsApp y al cuarto día ya me funcionaba. Estoy pendiente de recibir el reembolso acordado.

Modern, clean, and cool during a heat wave!
Pros:

The air-conditioning was particularly amazing during the heat wave. The room was clean, comfortable, and accessible to public transportation. The property was modern and when we had a problem with a faulty coffee maker, it was resolved quickly despite not having staff on site. They came relatively quickly to fix the issue.

Cons:

The balcony overlooked lots of weeds. The price felt expensive in pricey Berlin compared to other spots in Europe. AC was our priority and we paid for this! Worth it though in +100 degree weather.

Okay aber beim nächsten Mal nicht wieder
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem nicht zu laut.
Zimmer war sauber, Ausstattung gut

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ein Graus. Erst funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine für eine halbe Stunde nicht, dann fehlten entweder Gabel oder Löffel und das immer und immer wieder

Pros:

We had a large clean room with very comfy beds, coffee capsules available in abundance which was great. Overall great online experience, all instructions were clear and additional services could be managed through the app

Cons:

Visited during a large music gig so I hire it might have influenced the price, which I believe was too high

No reception lol. I liked online checkin system. You get necessary codes to enter building and room via email and whatsapp. It's a very neat system.

Numa - eine verlässliche Erfahrung eines perfekt durchorganisierten Hotels.
Pros:

Top Zentrale Lage und sehr gut ÖPNV-Anbindung. Kein Frühstück gewählt.

Cons:

Fernseher war unterirdisch. Z. B. kein ZDF, keine Sendersortierung, keine Funktion „Guide“ oder „Info“ Sehr enttäuschend!

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at the hotel because I did not receive the access codes required to enter the property before my arrival.

I tried to contact the hotel several times, as standing outside the entrance without access was neither comfortable nor acceptable. I only received a response approximately one hour later. By that time, I had already checked into another hotel, as I could not continue waiting without any information or assistance.

The failure to provide the access codes in a timely manner and the lack of immediate support made it impossible for me to use the accommodation I had paid for. Therefore, I believe I am entitled to a full refund. However, Numa has refused to reimburse me despite the fact that the situation was caused entirely by their failure to provide access and adequate customer support.

We did not like location it was in very crowded place.
There was no Free parking.
We did not like Self checking.
There were no people around to help us, so we were not able to change our sheets.
There is just call center and no one around.
