Nice room, frustrating check-in experience
Pros:

Clean room, nice bathroom, comfy bed.

Cons:

Check-in experience was no good. Had to fill out all the same info I already did through Booking - only it didn't work properly, and I had to contact support. First line of support is an AI bot. So I'm already frustrated about filling in all this data AGAIN, then it doesn't work, then I get some AI nonsense before a person can actually help me.

No people present at check-in, it's all online.

really bad experience according to past 20 years the hotels which I had stayed in Berlin.
Cons:

cleaning the room was very bad,
changing daily towels wasn't be possible,
cleaning the main building stairs was also bad,
the building lifts were generally not working.

Fijn hotel op fantastische locatie, maar weinig sfeervol Berlijns.
Pros:

De kamer was ruim, schoon, netjes, geen nutteloze extra’s. Het bed was comfortabel, met verschillende stevigheid kussens. De badkamer was schoon, zeer fijne douche met krachtige straal, zeep en shampoo/ conditioner waren lekker geurig.
Thee- en koffiezetfaciliteit waren goed, alleen beetje weinig zakjes/cups.
De verlichting in de kamer was goed bedacht en praktisch.

Cons:

De entree en trapopgang waren zeer sober, of je door een loods liep. Er was geknoeid en dat is 4 dagen niet opgeruimd, lag er alle dagen nog.
Extra theezakjes en koffiecups lagen niet in de ruimte van de essentials, was moeilijk bij te krijgen.
Het zou fijn zijn geweest als ik vantevoren was geïnformeerd dat je zelf schone handdoeken moest pakken.

Good location. Nice rooms. Managed by lying sleaze who need to be fought with if there's a problem.
Pros:

The room is nice. Completely automated hotel--not one living worker there that I saw. Just an app to communicate. Location is right in the middle of a nice shopping/dining district. 30 seconds from a bunch of places to eat, etc.

Cons:

The main reason that this hotel does not deserve your business is that they are bald-faced liars. And the only way to communicate with them is through Whatsapp--which is not the best when there's an issue that needs to be addressed.
I booked here only because they feature an onsite McFit premium gym-chain gym. However, when I arrived, I found that the gym was closed for renovations. I contacted the hotel. First they denied knowledge. (Liars). Then they blamed the gym and took no responsibility. (Big fat liars). Then they admitted that they knew all along (and only after charging my CC), they sent me an email only 5 hours before check-in stating that the gym would be closed. Even though the gym had been closed already for a week and the hotel very well knew this. Having a busy travel day I hadn't seen the mail--but WTH--5 hours notice instead of a week's?!! Inexcusable!!
What followed was over an hour wasted on Whatsapp with them lying to me and trying to worm out of responsibility--telling me that another gym 2.5 kms away would have to do. Only by being a VERY tough negotiator, was I able to get a discount for that night, cancel the rest of my stay for a (supposed refund--still haven't received it) and a voucher for a further discount.
They should have apologized right away and offered a serious compensation deal. Instead, they lied, lied some more and wasted my time. Only because I didn't want to pay 2x for the same night I didn't leave right away.

Central stor lägenhet
Pros:

Rymlig fin lägenhet, sköna sängar och bra dusch.
Centralt boende och bra parkeringshus, bör förbokas.

Cons:

Det var sophantering på baksidan som började arbeta tidigt och förde oväsen, vagnar och glas som lät högt. Skulle vara kul om balkongen var städad också.
