Pros:

Extremely close to circular quay which was great as we were getting on a cruise in the morning.
Staff were friendly and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty and dated.

Fabulous location and whisper quiet.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and it was super quiet, despite being in the middle of Sydney. The room was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed.

Cons:

It's a little dated but still had all the amenities that we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others too.

Pros:

Overall it was the best value in the area as everything in the Rocks is super expensive. I thought it might be a bit more modern and updated, but it was clean, and had everything you needed.

Brilliant.....always room for improvement.
Pros:

I was pleasently surprised at the size of my room. I wasn't expecting to have a seperate bedroom with two TV's and two balconies. I liked the fact that when I went out for the day, my room was cleaned (bed made, fresh towels), even though I didn't put the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned. The room, when I first arrived, was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that my sugar, coffee and hot chocolate sachets were not replaced and they forgot to give me a clean tea towel. I like to wash and wipe up my dishes.I was also hoping for a higher level in the hotel. I was on level 4 and the view for the Opera House is obstructed by a large tree (needs to be trimmed). Also the view of the Harbour Bridge is obscured by the Clock Tower next door. When you pay good money for a room, you expect to have the best views of the harbour. I was hoping the view of the harbour could be seen from my bed and leaning out over the balcony to actually see the Harbour Bridge was not good. My bed, even though it was very large, had two mattresses side by side, so if you slept in the middle of the bed, it was very uncomfortable as you had the edge of both mattresses digging into your back.

The room was badly in need of updating. Curtains were partly hanging off rails but did close to keep light out, the air-conditioning rattled so badly we couldn’t keep it on overnight.

仕事で行ってひとときの安らぎを求めていたのに最悪でした

初日より、ルームクリーンの方が、掃除後部屋を退室する際、部屋の鍵を確認せず、最終日までドアロックをしないままたいしつ。
カードキーでしたが、そもそも半ドアで閉めたつもりでは、誰もが自由に出入りできる状態‼️
フロントにも指摘しましたが、外国っぽいですね、自分の仕事ではない様な感じで、2日目以降もずっと鍵がかかっていない状態。もしパスポートや現金が盗まれていたらどうするつもりだったのでしょうか？
もう最悪な1週間でした💢
