Great location. We had a view of the harbour & Opera House. Good kitchette although we didn't use it.
Location was great
Some of the facilities were not available such as hot tube
Very comfortable, clean and great location with easy walk to cafes, shops and public transport.
It was perfect.
The location was ideal for my purpose. Very close to CBD and transport we needed to take. Very convenient for every aspect and lot's to do around here anyway.
The building was old but acceptable. Parking was difficult in front of the hotel. Then again, it was CBD, so I should expect that too.
Staff were very helpful during our stay. We had a small problem with the air conditioning which was quickly resolved. This will be our go to hotel whenever we visit Sydney because it's in walking distance to all the great amenities in and around Circular Quay
Location was perfect
The hotel is very old. The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned and felt awful. Mouldy bathroom was a concern and photos of the rooms online were nothing like we received. The electricity cord for the lapm next to the bed had exposed wires. Had a bit of a faulty towers feel inside. Photos were definitely misleading. The staff were lovely and it is a great location. Definitely not worth more that a 3 star hotel.
Location, price
They didn’t offer breakfast but there are plenty of cafes around.
Location was great. Right in the Ricks area
Very roomy with a small kitchen
Could do with new carpet and a little make over but still good value
The staff, location, parking and the room was lovely
Location was excellent and parking conveniently under the hotel
The location was perfect.
The room was v very large however the heating/air conditioning did not work. the room was VERY cold. We reported this to reception but nothing could be done until we left the next day. . We had no blankets in the room and requested them from reception and also a heater was brought up but it was not strong enough to heat the room. On check out the receptionist said the she reported our problems to the manager who replied "SORRY"
The location was great and very convenient to get to the Circular Quay ferries and train station and explore the Rocks area.
Our room on the 4th floor had a partial view of the harbour which was a bonus.
The beds were quite comfortable and the room was quite spacious.
There was a kitchenette which was handy if you wanted to do basic self catering.
Our shower (over the bath) was like a soft rainshower and the temperature was very easy to adjust unlike some overly complex modern raps.
The bathroom was on the small side and I kept stubbing my toe on the doorstop which was next to the bath/shower. Ours was a bit tired and could do with a refresh.
On the day of arrival we had to report to reception that our toilet seat was broken and the safe was locked. These were rectified quite quickly.
I don't know what other rooms were like but ours could certainly do with an update.
Some could find it an inconvenience that the hotel doesn't offer a buffet breakfast. There is an option to purchase a voucher for a Cafe a couple of minutes away. There are also numerous other cafes in the area.
Perfectly located in The Rocks, our two storey room gave us a place to relax from our Sydney adventures. Having a kitchen allowed us to save money on breakfast so we could spend more on dinner. We've stayed in Sydney several times now, and in more luxurious hotels, but this was the best as far as location and a place to relax in. Great having a lounge room.
Amazing views...amazing location
Needed a paint job
No accessibility from the street
El acceso y la ubicacion
Todo fue genial
The location and the lobby was nice
The cleanliness of the room. The mirror in the bedroom was dirty, the bedside table was thick with dust, the tv remote was caked with dust between the buttons.
