Cons:

Deep clean needed. Elevator down. Indian guy on night shift was horrible. Everything in marketplace was too expensive. No restaurant. Internet worked for phone but not laptop. Complained and nothing changed.

Window shades were so dirty and tattered I hated to put my hands in them to pull them down. The carpeting was dirty. The whole room was such a disappointment for a combined $220 stay. Paying for parking for what? Ridiculous.

Lackluster Stay
Pros:

I chose this hotel to utilize my points for a fun weekend with my wife. Upon entering the hotel from the parking garage, it was really dim.
The room needed to be updated. Bathroom needed a remodel. At one point the toilet kept running water, and it took a while for the water to get hot in the sink.
Staff was really nice but overall experience was disappointing,
