Cons:

How the person at the front desk made multiple transactions instead of charging all at once. That they charge for parking when the gate to the garage is open 24 hours.

Not up to previous Hyatt standards
Pros:

I honestly can't even believe this is a Hyatt. From the gangs of young people roaming the parking lot to the scary parking garage, to the halls and the filthy carpet and sofa, it was just awful. It used to be nice, but needs to be remodeled. I arrived late with jet lag or I'd have just left. No hot water, housekeeping was great, comfy clean bed, but I wouldn't walk on that 20 year old carpet without my shoes or sit on the sofa, and the air vents were gross. It does not seem like a safe place either. I'll never go back or recommend this dump AND am not likely to ever book a Hyatt House again. The name obviously means NOTHING.
