Pros:

Apartment was spacious, clean and within a very good location to main attractions.

Would definitely stay here again, location was great and facilities were pretty good.
Pros:

Location was great- nice and close to the centre of cowes. Room facilities were good, comfortable beds.

Cons:

There were just a few small items missing- no sponge for washing dishes, not enough toilet paper, no cleaning spray or paper towel to wipe down benches/table.

It is a beautiful and spacious and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed our stay there, only one thing, there’s no loft, so

It is beautiful and the attic room is unique. Big and spacious for all rooms. Very comfortable for a family of 5 adults

Cons:

The TV downstairs is not a smart TV, we have to go upstairs.
There’s no lift, we have to carry our luggage up the stairs. And we have 4 big luggage.

More than meets the eye
Pros:

Location wonderfully near the town centre of Cowes. Walking distance to cafes/restaurant and beach.

Staff tried their very best to ensure request or issues where attended to in a timely manner.

Cons:

This is a fairly aged service apartment 17. For the price point paid the below needs to be improved:

>Taps falling off in the bath/ basin in bathroom
>Split system is noisy might want to check on the sound or change a new one
>Pillows are aged and really need to be change for the comfort of guest (duty of care)
>Might want to consider another location for the router as the light from it prevents guest from a good night’s rest
>Ensure smart tv is working as it should for both streaming services and normal tv
>must mention in posting this is a self contained property
