Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Had to show documentation and then details on booking.com before reception accepted that I had paid extra for breakfast and give vouchers. They were sure breakfast was not included. The wardrobe hanging space was almost completely filled by an iron holder meaning the clothes hanging space was inadequate for our formal dress clothing. Hang to hang some clothes outside the wardrobe.

The overall experience did not match the standards of a 4-star establishment. During our stay, we encounter a few notable issues:
The reading light in our room was broken, and the WiFi was highly unstable. We noted that several guests were experiencing the same connectivity issues. Our booking.com confirmation clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, this was not mentioned at check in, and staff later informed us it was not in their system. Although we were given breakfast coupons after showing our email, the process required unnecessary effort on our part. Upon looking at past reviews, we noticed that other guests experienced this similar breakfast system error back in 2025. It is disappointing to see that a know issue has not been resolved after nearly a year.

We would definitely recommend the hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The room was nice, clean and had comfortable beds. Having the shuttle to take us to the main shopping and waterfront area was great as it was a good 15 min walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The view from our room was of a roof and the windows were tiny.

Pros:

The staff is very nice. The rooftop bar is definitely a must do.

The main restaurant was closed for dinner, however, we had an amazing breakfast there. highly recommend the pancakes and extra crispy bacon.

5 stars, would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh (highly recommend the corned beef hash and eggs!), served piping hot, and with bottomless coffee!

Cons:

I was a bit taken aback to see there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than that, the stay was wonderful! Comfortable bed, sufficient pillows, a well ventilated room, and some lovely staff members made for an outstanding experience.
