O.K but would not consider coming back again
Pros:

the DESIGN and ART of the Room itself. - Beautiful and GORGEOUS!
the Wifi connection and checkin-in process of the Room. - Fast and efficient.
(won't eat much of your time)
Simple and EASY!!

Cons:

the Size of the Room. - Very Limited capacity that I could not even place my 2luggages lying on the Floor.
the Comfortability of the Bed itself and its bedsheet. - Felt like the bedsheet have bedbugs. My legs were itching the whole night.
the Spacious of the Room. - Can't even walk around and used my Laptop to do some work.
the Facilities offered in the room- amenities and the Batheroom itself. - Quite Limited and Sufficient!

N.O Breakfast were offered based on the price I paid :( making it Quite expensive for the Room itself alReady(Value)

For the price and location, it was good. Light sleeper, look elsewhere.
Pros:

The location is great. The place is clean. Easy to check in and out.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything that happens in there: sneeze, music, tv, intimacy time, everything. At all hours.

Die Lage war super um gleich zum Zug oder etwas essen gehen zu können.

Cons:

Bei def Ankunft (15 Uhr) war keiner am Empfang und telefonisch auch lange niemand erreichbar. Die Schlüsselapp funktioniert nicht und wir konnten lange nicht ins Zimmer. Das geteilte Badezimmer war ziemlich klein und es gab keine Ablagefläche für die Klamotten.

A lingering bad smell
Pros:

The location and the staff are good

Cons:

There is a lingering bad smell in all the facility that not only is discomforting but as well makes you feel poor. The window cannot be opened so no fresh air. The walls are thin so you can listen your neighbours talk loudly.

Great location and affordability if can deal with poor quality
Pros:

Great location and price. Bus and train stations nearby that connect the hotel with most important sightseeing locations.

Cons:

Hair from previous guests on bedsheets. Holes on bedsheets. No sink in the shared bathroom. No soap or sanitizer in the shared bathroom. Water cooler was frequently out of water. Dirty cracked windows. Small uncomfortable showers.

Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay with a great location, friendly staff, and only a few minor inconvenience
Pros:

Staff members were super nice and friendly. The receptionist also helped accommodate me while I was on a Zoom meeting by letting me sit closer to a power outlet, which I really appreciated-it was a lifesaver!

The location is perfect — literally three minutes from the Ukrainian Consulate and right next to the Dragon Gate. There are multiple cafés and restaurants within walking distance, especially a bagel place that is really good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The toilet handle was occasionally sticking, causing the water to keep running for some time. Also, the walls and doors were not very soundproof, so noise could sometimes be heard from outside the room. Lastly, while the key app was generally user-friendly, some guests might find the setup process a bit challenging, especially since there was no direct access information provided through the booking itself. It would also be nice to have a few extra power extension outlets available for guests.

It’s was a decent place but not having an in-unit restroom is total a nightmare
