Un peu décevant
Pros:

La piscine et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les prestations de l'hôtel ne sont pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. Ils sont en train de rénover ce sera peut être mieux après. Surtout ne touchez pas à ce qui est dans le mini bar car ils facturent les bouteilles d'eau au prix fort!

Aan de rivier in het centrum. Schitterend ligging.
Wel iets gedateerd, maar dat had ook zo zijn charme.
Kamers aan tuin kant hebben meer last van geluid van uitgaansleven, kamers aan rivier kant hebben dat geen last van.

Pros:

Friendly staff and a good breakfast. It’s located along a busy road, but it’s a great spot for an evening drink.

Cons:

However, I was bothered by a group of 30 Vietnamese children who weren't staying at the hotel but came to swim in the middle of the day. There were also Dutch teenagers doing cannonballs and screaming, and the staff didn't say anything to them.

Lovely outlook from the balcony to the river and distant mountains.
Pros:

Enjoyed the spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the pool and river, very comfortable large bed, 2 chairs. Many restaurants, bars, night clubs, laundries in the area. Faces onto the river promenade for pleasant walks. Dragon boat dock and floating restaurant are walking distance.

Cons:

Shower temperature never got more than lukewarm as others have mentioned, whether you chose to shower morning, noon or night. Also I had asked if the hotel could arrange a pickup from the train station on a Saturday night and was taken aback to receive an off hand reply saying its 5 minutes walk - it is not, at least 15, which would mean dragging suitcases over those broken pavements often so covered in motorcycles etc that walking in the heaving Saturday night traffic was more likely, or to take a taxi. We ordered Grab once we arrived and though it took 20 minutes for that to arrive, we finally made it. All the other hotels we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Vietnam had offered transport without being asked.

Un emplacement central, proche de toutes commodités , vue sur la rivière.

Cons:

Compte du tenu l excellent rapport qualité prix ainsi qu’ un très bon service client à tous les niveaux..
