Hotel mit sehr guter Lage zur Altstadt
Pros:

Super Lage zur Altstadt! Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck war etwas schwach, die Matratze war durchgelegen.
An einem Nachmittag fand in der Anlage direkt neben dem Pool ein längeres (mind. 90 Minuten) Teambuilding-Event für Teenager statt.
Die Moderation und die Musik waren so extrem laut, dass es für die Beschallung eines mittleren Stadions gereicht hätte. Es wurde keine Rücksicht auf die Gäste Pool genommen. Zum Schluss sprang noch das Siegerteam verschwitzt und bekleidet in den Pool. 😟😟 Da blieb nur die Flucht.

Magnifique vue et emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement est super, la vue sur la rivière est magnifique !! La réceptionniste Ha Yen nous a aidé à organiser notre temps à l'hôtel et notre transfer pour la prochaine destination. Elle a été attentive et s'est bien occupée de nous.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre. C'est un bel hôtel mais vieillissant . Le petit-déjeuner est très axé oriental...

La vue depuis la piscine. Bien situé

Cons:

L'hôtel a besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement, ça fait vieux. Petit déjeuner pas appétissant, franchement pas terrible. Piscine de taille moyenne, juste qq transats (donc vite plein) et pas de chance le soir cours collectif de natation pour enfants vietnamiens, donc moitié de piscine occupée. Je n'ai rien contre les enfants, mais je ne vais pas dans un hôtel pour avoir des cours collectifs de natation. On avait réservé un taxi via l'hôtel pour aller dans une autre ville, n'ont pas donné la bonne adresse. Bref hôtel sans charme

Pros:

The location is great for most attractions in Hue. Reception staff were very good. The room was spacious and the view of the river and sunsets was good.

Cons:

The dining room was often dirty, breakfast was average. Very hard to find service staff to order food or drinks or to pay our accounts. Empty drinks were left around the pool area for more than 24 hours. In the afternoons it was hard to use the pool as many people that weren't guests were crowding it.

Le bruit des travaux de 9h à 17h
le non respect de ma réservation des chambres communicantes pourtant réservées heureusement une des chambres a été attribuée avec un niveau de confort supérieur
Le bruit du toilette à chaque fois que quelqu'un tire la chasse être réveillé par ce bruit ça surprend et pas de pression d'eau nous étions au 5eme

Very central but calm and quiet
Pros:

Large bed, quiet but very central. Nice pool with river views

Cons:

The pool area was not cleaned regularly. Empty cans glasses and water bottles left at the pool. Some rubbish was not cleaned during the 2 days we were there. The pool side showers were dirty with hair and rubbish

Nice, central hotel but ask for a riverside room to avoid the noise at night
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located and easy to walk to and from. The view of the river was beautiful, particularly when viewed from the pool. They allowed payment by card.

Cons:

The rooms were very noisy to the front of the hotel. I feel that we should have been warned (which other hotels did). When it was mentioned at reception they did not apologies.

Personeel is super. Erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Mijn vrouw kreeg taart op haar verjaardag en ze hebben gezongen. Zeer attent.

Cons:

Het is een ouder hotel. Dat merk je. Badkamers nou niet echt schoon, douchen in een oud bad.

De locatie en het vriendelijke personeel. Het ontbijt was echt heerlijk!

Cons:

De geluidsoverlast. We hadden het idee alsof we midden op een dansvloer waren. Echt absurt hard en dat tot ver na 01.00 uur.
We hadden gezien dat er aan de overkant. Z’n de weg een soort club geopend zou worden, dus we dachten dat deze overlast eenmalig zou zijn. Maar de tweede nacht was nog erger. Zelf om 3 uur was het nog een enorme herrie. Bij het uitchecken dit ook aangegeven. Blijkbaar is dit normaal bij de gardenview kamers… als ik dat had geweten hadden wij met liefde iets meer betaald voor een kamer met rivierxicht en RUST. Heel jammer dat dit niet van te voren is aangegeven, want verder is het echt een fijn hotel.
