Excellent hospitality and good location
Pros:

All staff were excellent: the receptionists, the cook, the kitchen staff, the room service and security staff. We stayed 10 days. We met many people. I cannot list all the names. However, a few names that I remember are Ngan, Tra My, Thuy, Nhu Y, Diem Thi Ha, Hai Yen, Tin, Chien. The views from the room and the breakfast area were excellent. The breakfast and dinners were great with a lot of varieties. I requested special dishes for dinner and they were delicious. The hotel was clean and tidy. The pool was good. I swam almost every day in the pool. We will definitely come back next year.

Great value for money,
Pros:

Great location right by the river, with lovely river views. It’s a huge hotel that would have been absolutely amazing in its day, it’s definitely showing its age now and is quite dated, but that’s part of its charm.

Our room was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was really good value for money.

Not fancy or modern, but comfortable, well located and a great base for exploring Hue. 👍

Zentral gelegen, die Stadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur wenige Minuten mit dem Grab zum Kaiserpalast.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist in die Jahre gekommen und versprüht sozialistischen Charme.
